Abstract

Biološki aktivna vlakna pamuka sa imobilisanim tripsinom dobijena su dvostadijumskim postupkom koji uključuje oksidaciju vlakana pamuka pomoću 2,2,6,6-tetrametilpiperidin-1-oksil (TEMPO) radikala i naknadnu imobilizaciju tripsina tehnikom kovalentnog i jonskog vezivanja. Postupak omogućava dobijanje nosača koji u svojoj strukturi ima definisan odnos aldehidnih i karboksilnih grupa, kao i imobilizaciju tripsina sa visokim prinosom specifine aktivnosti i povećane stabilnosti pri lagerovanju u odnosu na slobodni enzim. Pored toga, oksidacijom je značajno povećana sposobnost sorpcije i zadravanja vode pamučnih vlakana. Vlakna pamuka sa imobilisanim tripsinom se mogu koristiti kao biomedicinski tekstilni materijali, u obliku npr. gaze, zavoja i si., namenjena prvenstveno za tretman rana, s obzirom na to da tripsin poseduje nekrolitička, anti-inflamatorna, anti-mikrobna i drenažna svojstva.
