Abstract

Electrical converter with perforated axially shifted holes on aluminum or copper sheet, is the new constructive solution in the exchange of heat area, compared to the existing heating devices, where the kinetic movement of hot fluid and ort of transmission/reception of heat are under the angle of 90°, and in this solution the kinetic of movement of molecules and ort of transmission/reception of heat are in same direction, and heat exchange is achieved by striking molecules to metal parts - perforated surfaces between the plates (2), thus creating at the same time a strong turbulence and thus significantly increases the efficiency of the heater in relation to the technical existing solutions in the exchange of heat.Electrical converter with forced air movement through the perforated heater is formed by placing and tightening at the tin box (9): mechanical set of the tangential fan (8), bakelite plate (7), a pyramidal shape funnel (6), heater (1) with connectors for power supply, which is mounted on the expanding part (L-A) of the funnel (6), two part tin sheet (10) around the wider part of the funnel (6) and box (9), so the convector gets parallelepiped shape, with side opening for the air intake to the convector, through the filter (11). Additional equipment includes electro switches, cables, thermostats and signal lights.
