Abstract
Inventia se refera la un procedeu de regenerare a catalizatorului pe baza de cobalt si eventual mangan si nichel, de la oxidarea prin procedeul Witten-dimetiltereftalat, folosit la oxidarea în oxidarea în faza lichida cu oxigen sau cu un gaz ce contine oxigen a amestecului continînd p-xilen si/sau ester metilic de acid p-toluic, la presiune 4-5 at si temperaturi de 140...170 degree C, caracterizat prin aceea ca extractele continînd 0,2-20g/l cobalt, 0,05-10 g/l mangan si 0,05-10 g/l nichel sunt tratate cu un acid mineral în prezenta unui agent oxidant de exemplu H2O2 la o temperatura ridicata, urmata de ridicarea Ph-ului prin adaugare de alcalii si încalzire, în scopul precipitarii fierului si cromului ca hidroxizi, filtrarea comuna a hidroxizilor astfel obtinuti precum si a componentilor insolubili din cenusa, diluarea cu apa si acidularea filtratului cu acizi monocarboxilici alifatici, lineari cu 1 la 4 atomi de carbon obtinîndu-se o solutie de catalizator regenerat care este trecuta pe o rasina schimbatoare de cationi, puternic acida, încarcata cu ioni de Co la puterea 2+, Mn la 2+ si/sau Ni la 2+ pentru îndepartarea ionilor de sodiu dupa care este trecuta pe o rasina schimbatoare de cationi puternic acida încarcata cu ioni Na+ sau K+ pîna la atingerea capacitatii de schimb, apoi rasina este regenerata cu acetat de sodiu sau potasiu apos si solutia rezultata contine 10-70 g/l cobalt, 1-35 g/l mangan, eventual 1-35 g/l nichel precum si sub 5 mg/l fier, 5 mg/l crom, 5 mg/l molibden, 5 mg/l vanadiu, 5 mg/l cupru si 5 mg/l titan.
