Abstract

Invenţia se referă la un procedeu de polimerizare în fază gazoasă a unei/unor olefine. Procedeul conform invenţiei se desfăşoară într-un reactor cu pat fluidizat, constituit dintr-un prim volum cilindric, a cărui incintă sau perete are cel puţin o suprafaţă de rotaţie generată de rotire în jurul unei axe verticale ca axă de rotaţie, a unui segment de curbă şi/sau rectiliniu, deasupra căreia este instalat un al doilea volum, constând dintr-un rezervor de separare, situat deasupra cilindrului, la o presiune absolută mai mare decât presiunea atmosferică. Rezervorul de separare este învecinat cu primul volum, a cărui incintă sau perete are de asemenea cel puţin o suprafaţă de rotaţie generată de rotire în jurul aceleiaşi axe verticale, cunoscută drept axă de rotaţie, a unui segment de curbă şi/sau rectiliniu, ce se realizează prin introducerea continuă sau intermitentă a unui catalizator în reactor, introducerea continuă a olefinei/olefinelor într-un amestec gazos de reacţie. Răcirea amestecului gazos de reacţie are loc cu eliminarea polimerului format şi patul fluidizat ocupă cel puţin întregul volum al reactorului. Prin procedeul conform invenţiei, se polimerizează unul sau mai mulţi monomeri olefinici, aleşi dintre etilenă, propilenă, 1-butenă, 1-pentenă, 4-metil-1-pentenă, 1-hexenă şi 1-octenă, cu o productivitate mai mare de 50 kg/h/m, de preferinţă mai mare de 60 kg/h/m.
