Pozwala to ograniczyc zblizanie sie mostków do konstrukcji trzonu slupa, a takze zmniejszyc wychyly mostków wskutek podmuchów wiatru. W przypadku znacznych wartosci kata zalomu linii o wiazkowych przewodach roboczych, a zwlaszcza w przypadku granicznych zalomów linii rzedu 90–120°, oprócz przedstawionej powyzej niedogodnosci, polegajacej na zblizaniu sie do konstrukcji slupa mostków pradowych usytuowanych po zewnetrznej stronie zalomu linii, wystepuje równiez dodatkowa niedogodnosc. Rozwiazanie wedlug wzoru eliminuje wskazane powyzej niedogodnosci i zapewnia polaczenie wieloprzewodowego mostka z wiazkowymi przewodami fazowymi bez ryzyka uszkadzania przewodów mostka podczas pracy linii o osprzet odciagowych lancuchów izolatorowych wiazki przewodów robo- czych. PL PL PL PL PL 71 159 Y1 2 Description of the model The subject of the utility model is the insulating system of a current bridge for bundled working (phase) conductors of an overhead power line, intended especially for use on strong resistance or corner resistance poles. When designing and constructing overhead high-voltage lines in urban areas, a technical problem often arises in which the power line route must be routed to avoid collisions with facilities already existing in the area, which is why the line route has a number of bends, the angle of which may reach , in some cases, even values of 90–120°. The angle of a line bend is understood here as the angle between the half-line marked on the extension of the direction from which the wires reach the line bend and the half-line whose direction is determined by the wires leaving the line bend. In many known construction solutions, current bridges at line bends, connecting sections of phase conductors converging on a strong pole, are suspended on additional guyed insulator chains or supported on support insulators rigidly attached to the shaft (column) of the pole. This allows you to limit the approach of the bridges to the structure of the pole shaft, and also reduce the deflection of the bridges due to gusts of wind. For example, the patent description US 3647933 discloses such a current bridge insulating system for a single power line working wire, used on the bends of an overhead power line, in which a support insulator is rigidly attached to the pole shaft, keeping the current bridge attached at its end in constant distance from the pole structure. In turn, from the patent description PL 160 406 there is known a cross-arm of a strong power line pole, to which an insulator chain supporting a bridge wire for a single working wire is suspended, and the structure to which the insulator bridge chain is hingedly suspended is located on end of the crossbar and at a distance from the pole shaft greater than the structure for hanging insulating guy chains for working (phase) cables. This allows the conductors of current bridges located on the outer side of the line bend to be kept at a safe distance from the pole core, even though the hinged connection of the insulator supporting the bridge with the crossbar does not fully limit the wind-induced deflection of the bridge towards the pole structure. In the case of significant values of the bend angle of lines with bundled working conductors, and especially in the case of borderline bends of the order of 90-120°, in addition to the above-mentioned inconvenience of current bridges located on the outer side of the line bend getting closer to the pole structure, there is also an additional inconvenience . Namely, at the point of connection of the bridge with the phase conductor, which is located on the working conductor close to the end of the insulating guy chain, there is always a bend in the bridge conductor, resulting from the angle of the line bend. At significant line bend angles, this may lead to incorrect operation, manifested by mechanical rubbing of the bridge wires against the equipment attaching the phase wires of the bundle to the insulator strings under the influence of wind, which leads to damage to the bridge. It has been observed in practice that in the case of multi-wire current bridges for bundled working cables, despite the use of spacers in the bridge, the risk of damage to the bridge wires is the greatest for the uppermost wire of the bridge, furthest from the pole shaft and located on the outer side of the line bend, which is often influenced by the wind hooks onto the equipment of the guy insulator of the nearest lower working wire of the bundle. The above inconvenience could be eliminated by using the solution disclosed in the description of the Chinese utility model CN 203707703, according to which the central part of the three-wire current bridge for bundled working conductors is suspended in two places on two pairs of insulator chains forming "V" arrangements. This is a known solution significantly reduces the deflection of the bridge caused by the wind, which eliminates the risk of the bridge wires rubbing against the equipment of the insulating guy chains of the working wires of the bundle, and at the same time allows the bridge wires to be moved away from the pole shaft at the PL 71 159 Y1 3 line bends. Nevertheless it is significantly complex in construction and requires the use of various types of spacers between the bridge wires, which is burdensome both in the design and construction of the line. It was found that there is a risk of damage to the current bridge wires for bundled work wires by the equipment fastening the bundle work wires to the chains guy insulators can be avoided at line bends by developing a bridge insulating system in which, in the horizontal plane, the bridge wires at the end of the crossbar or pole crossbar would have an angle of refraction similar to the angle of refraction of the power line. According to the formula, a current bridge insulating system for bundled working conductors of an overhead power line, comprising an insulator supporting the multi-wire bridge connected to the crossbar or pole crossbar and a bridge attached under the insulator, is characterized in that the insulator supporting the multi-wire bridge is a downward insulator supporting structure and is rigidly attached to the pole structure at the end of the crossbar or crossbar, and the current bridge wires consist of three pairs of half-bridges, connected to each other at an angle at the current terminal, located in the lower part of the insulator supporting the bridge. The insulator supporting the multi-wire bridge is attached to the crossbar or crossbar of the pole near the attachment points to the crossbar or crossbar of the insulator guy chains for the bundles of working conductors of the sections converging on the pole. The angle at which individual half-bridges are connected with the current terminal is a function of the angle of the line bend and the geometric dependencies between the attachment points of the insulator supporting the bridge and the insulating guy chains of the working wire bundles to the crossbar or crossbar of the pole. The solution according to the formula eliminates the inconveniences indicated above and ensures the connection of a multi-wire bridge with bundled phase conductors without the risk of damaging the bridge wires during operation of the line with the equipment of the insulator guy wires of the bundle of working conductors. Moreover, it allows the bridge wires located on the outer side of the line bend to be separated from the column (stem), which allows the crossbars to be shortened from the outer side of the bend. The subject of the design is shown in a schematic view in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the insulating system of the current bridge in an isometric view, Fig. 2 - the insulating system in the bottom view, and Fig. 3 - an isometric view of the supporting insulator with a current terminal and bridge wires. The insulating system of an exemplary three-wire current bridge for bundled working wires 1 of an overhead power line includes insulator 2 supporting the multi-wire bridge 3. Insulator 2 supporting the bridge 3 is a support insulator, directed downwards and rigidly connected to the crossbar or crossbar 4 of the pole 5. Insulator 2 is located at the end of the crossbar or crossbar 4 of the pole 5, close to the attachment points of insulator guy chains 6 for bundles of working wires 1. Current bridge 3 consists of six wires A1, A2, B1, B2, C1, C2 , forming three half-bridges, which in pairs are connected to each other at an angle at the common current terminal 7, located in the lower part of the insulator 2 supporting the bridge 3, with the spatial configuration of the wires A1 and A2, B1 and B2, C1 and C2 forming half-bridges are maintained on both sides of the current terminal 7. The angle at which the half-bridges of the current terminal 3 are connected is a function of the angle of the line bend and the geometric relationships between the points of attachment to the crossbar or crossbar 4 of the insulator 2 supporting the bridge 3 and the insulator guy chains 6 work cable harnesses 1.
