Pozwala to ograniczyc zblizanie sie mostków do konstrukcji trzonu slupa, a takze zmniejszyc wychyly mostków wskutek podmuchów wiatru. Rozwiazanie wedlug wzoru eliminuje wskazane powyzej niedogodnosci i zapewnia polaczenie mostka z przewodem fazowym bez ryzyka zmniejszania sie na zalomach linii odleglosci miedzy most- kiem a kolumna slupa. PL PL PL PL PL 71 160 Y1 2 Description of the model The subject of the utility model is the insulating system of a current bridge for single working (phase) wires of an overhead power line, intended especially for use on strong resistance or corner resistance poles. When designing and constructing overhead high-voltage lines in urban areas, a technical problem often arises in which the power line route must be routed to avoid collisions with facilities already existing in the area, which is why the line route has a number of bends, the angle of which may reach in some cases even values of 90-120°. The angle of a line bend is understood here as the angle between the half-line marked on the extension of the direction from which the wires reach the line bend and the half-line whose direction is determined by the wires leaving from the line bend. In many known construction solutions, current bridges at line bends, connecting sections of phase conductors converging on a strong pole, are suspended on additional guyed insulator chains or supported on support insulators rigidly attached to the shaft (column) of the pole. This allows you to limit the approach of the bridges to the structure of the pole shaft and also reduce the deflection of the bridges due to gusts of wind. For example, the patent description US 3647933 discloses such a current bridge insulating system for a single power line working wire, used on the bends of an overhead power line, in which a support insulator is rigidly attached to the pole shaft, keeping the current bridge attached at its end in constant distance from the pole structure. In turn, from the patent description PL 160 406 there is known a cross-arm of a strong power line pole, to which an insulator chain supporting a bridge wire for a single working wire is suspended, and the structure to which the insulator bridge chain is hingedly suspended is located at the end of the crossbar and at a distance from the pole shaft greater than the structure for hanging insulating guy chains for working (phase) cables. This allows the bridge conductors to be kept at a safe distance from the pole shaft at typical line bend angles, although the hinged connection of the insulator supporting the bridge to the crossbar does not fully limit the wind-induced deflection of the bridge toward the pole structure. It is also understandable that due to the hinged connection of the insulator supporting the bridge with the cross-arm, this known solution cannot completely eliminate the phenomenon of the bridge approaching the structure of the pole shaft (column) at the bends in the line, because under the influence of the weight of the pole itself bridge, the insulator supporting it always bends towards the column of the pole. In the case of significant values of the line bend angle, and especially in the case of limit values of the order of 90-120°, this phenomenon creates a serious risk of reducing, for example under the influence of wind, the electrical distance of the bridge wire from the pole structure below the permissible value, which may result in causing a line failure. The above inconvenience of the solution disclosed in patent description PL 160,406 could be eliminated, but in such a case it would be necessary to load the bridge by suspending weights weighing several dozen to several hundred kilograms under the insulator supporting it, so as to deflect the insulator chain supporting the bridge to a position more close to vertical. However, this would require strengthening the structure of the pole, and thus increasing its weight, strengthening the foundations and increasing the investment costs. It was found that the above-described inconveniences could be avoided by developing an insulating system for the bridge in which, in the horizontal plane, the bridge at the end of the crossbar or pole crossbar would have an angle of refraction close to the angle of refraction of the power line. According to the formula, the current bridge insulating system for individual working wires of an overhead power line, containing a support insulator, rigidly connected to the pole structure and supporting the current bridge mounted at its end, is characterized by the fact that the insulator supporting the bridge is directed downwards and rigidly attached to the pole structure at the end of the crossbar or crossbar, and the current bridge contains two half-bridges whose wires are connected to each other at an angle at the current terminal located in the lower part of the insulator supporting the bridge. PL 71 160 Y1 3 The insulator supporting the bridge is attached to the crossbar or crossbar of the pole near the attachment points of the insulating guy chains for the working conductors of the sections converging on the pole. The angle at which the half-bridge wires are connected with the current clamp is a function of the angle of the line bend and the geometric relationships between the points of attachment of the insulator supporting the bridge and the insulator chains of the guy wires of the working wires to the crossbar or crossbar of the pole. The solution according to the formula eliminates the inconveniences indicated above and ensures the connection of the bridge with the phase conductor without the risk of reducing the distance between the bridge and the pole column at the bends in the line. The subject of the design is shown in a schematic view in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the current bridge insulation system in an isometric view, and Fig. 2 shows a bottom view. The insulating system of a current bridge for individual working conductors 1 of an overhead power line includes an insulator 2 supporting the bridge 3. The insulator 2 supporting the bridge 3 is a support insulator, directed downwards and rigidly connected to the crossbar or crossbar 4 of the pole 5. The insulator 2 is located at end of the crossbar or crossbar 4 of the pole 5, near the attachment points of the insulator guy chains 6 of the working cables 1. The current bridge 3 consists of two half-bridges, connected to each other at an angle at the current terminal 7 located in the lower part of the insulator 2 supporting the bridge 3. The angle at which the two half-bridges of the current bridge 3 are connected is a function of the angle of the line bend and the geometric relationships between the points of attachment to the crossbar or crossbar 4 of the insulator 2 supporting the bridge 3 and the insulator guy chains 6 for the work wires 1.
