Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest szczelny zbiornik wykonany z blachy (spawany i skręcany) o możliwych dwóch pozycjach posadowienia. Zbiornik o dwóch pozycjach posadowienia przeznaczony jest na materiały sypkie, w szczególności na paliwa stałe. Zbiornik o dwóch możliwościach posadowienia zbudowany jest z płaszcza (1) i leja (2). Do leja (2) jest przyspawana ramka przyłączeniowa mała (3) umożliwiająca montaż zespołu opróżniającego zbiornik. Do płaszcza (1) jest przyspawana ramka przyłączeniowa duża (4) umożliwiająca montaż płyty z otwieraną klapą (5). Zarówno w płaszczu (1) jak i w leju (2) mogą być wykonane otwory rewizyjne zamknięte przykręcanymi klapkami rewizyjnymi (6). Na dwóch przeciwległych ścianach płaszcza (1) przyspawane są cztery (po dwie na każdej ze ścian) tuleje (7) gwintowane na całej długości pozwalające na wkręcenie do nich nóg (8) z jednej lub z drugiej strony co umożliwia posadowienie zbiornika zarówno lejem (2) do dołu jak i lejem (2) do góry.The subject of the application is a sealed tank made of sheet metal (welded and bolted) with two possible mounting positions. The tank with two mounting positions is intended for loose materials, in particular for solid fuels. The tank with two mounting options is made of a mantle (1) and a funnel (2). A large connection frame (4) is welded to the jacket (1) that allows mounting the plate with an openable flap (5). Both in the jacket (1) and in the funnel (2), inspection holes can be made, closed with screw inspection flaps (6). On two opposite walls of the jacket (1), four (two on each of the walls) are welded (7) threaded sleeves along the entire length allowing screws (8) to be screwed to them from one side or the other, which allows the tank to be mounted with a funnel (2) ) down and with the funnel (2) up.
