Abstract

Mobilny zespół pomostowy przeznaczony do budowy tymczasowych podestów wysięgnikowych, zawierający element wysuwany pomostu, umieszczony w korpusie mobilnego zespołu pomostowego oraz zaopatrzony w zespół jezdny. Korpus mobilnego zespołu pomostowego (A), w postaci konstrukcji zbudowanej z czterech belek; dwóch górnych (2) oraz dwóch dolnych (3) połączonych trwale oraz z prowadnicy tocznej górnej i prowadnicy tocznej dolnej w postaci zespołów szpul zamontowanych obrotowo w belkach górnych (2) i dolnych (3) konstrukcji korpusu (A). Pomiędzy prowadnicami umieszczona jest kładka przesuwna (6). Na części kładki przesuwnej (6) wysuniętej poza korpus (A) zamocowane są elementy ruchomego pomostu roboczego, w postaci kraty pomostowej o wielkości oczek kwadratowych identycznej jak w stałym pomoście roboczym (7), za pomocą sworzni blokujących trwale złączonych z elementem ruchomym pomostu roboczego. Równa powierzchnia roboczej całego podestu ustalona jest za pomocą elementów dystansowych nałożonych na sworznie blokujące. Ruch wzdłużny kładki jest blokowany nakładkami profilowymi (8), których sworznie przechodzą przez kraty stałego podestu roboczego (7) oraz otwory wysuniętej kładki przesuwnej (6). Korpus mobilnego zespołu jezdnego łączony jest z konstrukcją naczynia wyciągowego.
