Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest stabilny kompozyt grafenowo-krzemionkowy oparty na ekspandowanym tlenku grafitu i krzemionce lub krzemionkowym kserożelu charakteryzujący się tym, że jest układem składającym się płatków garafenu i krzemionki, gdzie każdy płatek grafenu jest mniejszy niż 2 µm. Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest również sposób otrzymywania tych kompozytów.
