Abstract
Przedmiotem wynalazku jest mechanizm z obrotowymi łopatkami mający zastosowanie szczególnie korzystnie przy budowie silników spalinowych, silników hydraulicznych, silników pneumatycznych, pomp, sprężarek. Istotą wynalazku jest stworzenie mechanizmu, którego zasadniczą częścią są osadzone na wale napędowym dwa współosiowe wirniki (1a, 1b) obracają się naprzemiennie z dwoma prędkościami, każdy z minimum dwoma łopatkami (2) pomiędzy którymi podczas obrotu wirników tworzą się komory o zmiennej objętości. Zmiana prędkości wirników następuje w momencie zetknięcia się łopatek (2). Zmianę prędkości obrotowej każdego z wirników z V1 na V2 i odwrotnie umożliwiają przekładnie złożone z połączonych na stałe z wałami wirników (1a, 1b) zębatek dwuprędkościowych (3) przekazujących siły z i na zębatki sterujące (4). Przy stałej prędkości zębatki sterującej (4) po jej obrocie o każde 180° zmienia się każdorazowo prędkość kątowa zębatki dwuprędkościowej (3), a więc i wirnika, którego jest stałym elementem. Prawidłowe działanie całego mechanizmu zapewnia sprzęgnięcie zębatki sterującej (4) przenoszącej siły z i na zębatkę dwuprędkościową (3) z położoną współosiowo zębatką sterującą (4) przenoszącą siły z wirnika (1b), przy czym sprzęgnięte zębatki sterujące są wzajemnie ustawione z obróceniem o kąt 180°. Sprzęgnięcie wykonane jest za pomocą wału napędowego (7), który połączony jest ze znajdującymi się na nim współosiowo zębatkami (6), które z kolei odbierają i przekazują siły na współosiowe i zawsze na stałe połączone z zębatkami sterującymi (4) zębatki (5).The subject of the invention is a mechanism with rotating blades which is particularly useful in the construction of internal combustion engines, hydraulic motors, pneumatic motors, pumps and compressors. The essence of the invention is to create a mechanism of which two coaxial rotors (1a, 1b) mounted on the drive shaft rotate alternately at two speeds, each with a minimum of two blades (2) between which chambers of variable volume are formed during the rotation of the rotors. The rotor speed is changed when the blades meet (2). Changing the rotational speed of each rotor from V1 to V2 and vice versa is enabled by gears composed of rotors (1a, 1b) permanently connected to the shafts (3a) of the gears (3) transmitting forces from and to the steering gears (4). At a constant speed of the steering rack (4), after its rotation by every 180 ° the angular speed of the double-speed rack (3) changes, and thus the rotor, of which it is a permanent element. Correct operation of the entire mechanism is ensured by coupling the steering rack (4) transmitting forces to and from the double-speed rack (3) with the coaxially arranged steering rack (4) transmitting forces from the rotor (1b), the coupled steering rack being mutually rotated by 180 ° . The coupling is made by means of a drive shaft (7), which is connected to the coaxial gears (6) located on it, which in turn receive and transmit forces to the coaxial gears and always permanently connected to the control gears (4) of the gears (5).
