Abstract

Sposób oraz zespół pakujący do wytwarzania uszczelnionego opakowania w postaci opakowania zawierającego produkt w kształcie równoległościanu, który z kolei ma ściankę przednią, ściankę tylną, dwie ścianki boczne, ściankę dolną oraz ściankę górną; w którym uszczelnione opakowanie wewnętrzne (1) otacza produkt i jest wykonane ze zgrzewalnego arkusza materiału do pakowania złożonego wokół produktu i ustabilizowanego przez zgrzanie; w którym uszczelnione opakowanie wewnętrzne (1) ma dwie płetwy wzdłużne (24), z których każda jest umieszczona równolegle do odpowiedniej ścianki bocznej i spoczywa na ściance bocznej; i w którym uszczelnione opakowanie wewnętrzne (1) ma płetwę poprzeczną (19), która jest umieszczona równolegle do ścianki, przedniej lub tylnej, spoczywa na ściance przedniej, lub tylnej, ma krawędź wewnętrzną (20) usytuowaną odpowiednio na krawędzi poprzecznej ścianki dolnej oraz krawędź zewnętrzną (21) usytuowaną odpowiednio na ściance przedniej lub ściance tylnej.
