Abstract

Sposób i instalacja do strumieniowego zgazowania energetycznego paliwa stałego zwłaszcza węgla kamiennego, brunatnego oraz biomasy, spełniające wymagania dziedziny energetyki w zakresie sprawności energetycznej powyżej 90%, pozwalającej na zmniejszenie kosztów produkcji energii elektrycznej i cieplnej, odznacza się tym, że spaliny energetyczne stanowiące podstawowy składnik mieszaniny zgazowującej są wytwarzane na zewnątrz niskotemperaturowego reaktora strumieniowego (RG) w palniku cyklonowym (PC) do którego jest doprowadzana pozostałość koksowa uzyskana w wyniku odpylenia w cyklonach odpylających (C1), (C2) uzyskanego gazu powietrznego o składzie chemicznym 50% - 55% azotu N2, 25% - 28% tlenku węgla CO, 10% - 12% wodoru H2, 3,5% - 4,5% dwutlenku węgla CO2, 4% - 6% pary wodnej H2O. Pozostałość koksowa gromadzona w zbiorniku zasypowym (ZK) jest doprowadzana przez śluzę (S) sterowaną z komputerowego układu sterowania (KUS) do palnika cyklonowego (PC). Niskotemperaturowy reaktor jest zasilany mieszaniną paliwowo-spalinową z młyna energetycznego (M), na którego wejście jest podawany węgiel dozowany dozownikiem (D), sterowanym z komputerowego układu sterowania (KUS).
