Abstract
Wynalazek dotyczy sposobu powlekania fluoropolimerami odpowiedniej powierzchni metalicznej przeznaczonej do otrzymania elastomeru takiego jak guma do opon, obejmujący etapy: a- nanoszenie w warstwie pierwszej żywicy A zawierającej drobne cząstki fluoroetylenopropylenu w zawiesinie, następnie b- polimeryzowanie pierwszej żywicy A, c- chłodzenie żywicy A, d- nanoszenie mieszaniny A-B zawierającej pierwszą żywicę A i drugą żywicę B, która sama zawiera drobne cząstki poli(tetrafluoroetylenu) w zawiesinie, następnie e- polimeryzowanie mieszaniny A-B, f- chłodzenie mieszaniny A-B. Wynalazek również dotyczy zestawu do powlekania i narzędzia powleczonego wspomnianymi fluoropolimerami.The invention relates to a method of coating fluoropolymers with a suitable metallic surface to obtain an elastomer such as tire rubber, comprising the steps of: a - applying in the first resin layer A containing fine particles of fluoroethylene propylene in suspension, then b - polymerizing the first resin A, c - cooling the resin A, d-applying the AB mixture comprising the first resin A and the second resin B, which itself contains fine particles of poly (tetrafluoroethylene) in suspension, then e-polymerizing the AB mixture, f- cooling the AB mixture. The invention also relates to a coating kit and tool coated with said fluoropolymers.
