Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest warstwowy filtr włókninowy do separacji emulsji, znamienny tym, że na ażurowym rdzeniu z polipropylenu znajdują się włókna z poliamidu w postaci jednorodnej warstwy włókien o grubości 2 - 6 mm, na których obecna jest warstwa o grubości 5 - 6 mm z włókien polipropylenowych o średnicy w zakresie od 10 µm do 60 µm. Opracowane wielowarstwowe wkłady do filtracji zawiesin nadają się do montażu w typowych obudowach stosowanych do klasycznych wkładów filtracyjnych. Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest także sposób wytwarzania warstwowego filtra włókninowego do separacji emulsji.The subject of the application is a layered nonwoven filter for emulsion separation, characterized in that on an openwork polypropylene core there are polyamide fibers in the form of a homogeneous fiber layer with a thickness of 2 - 6 mm, on which a layer with a thickness of 5 - 6 mm from polypropylene fibers is present with a diameter in the range from 10 µm to 60 µm. The developed multi-layer cartridges for suspension filtration are suitable for installation in typical housings used for classic filter cartridges. The subject of the application is also a method of producing a layered nonwoven filter for the separation of emulsions.
