Abstract

Panel montowany jest na warstwie z wbudowanym powierzchniowym źródłem ciepła, zawiera warstwę nośną (1) wykonaną z nienasiąkliwej, drewnopochodnej, twardej płyty pilśniowej oraz warstwę wierzchnią (3) z lameli drewnianej, drewnopochodnej, terakoty, płyty ceramicznej lub kamiennej. Między warstwą nośną (1) a warstwą wierzchnią (3) wklejoną ma płytę grzewczą (4), do której od strony warstwy nośnej (1) przylegają czoła płaskowników stanowiących ciepłowody (5), które wsunięte i wklejone są w poprzeczne szczeliny wycięte w warstwie nośnej (1) równolegle do jej dłuższych boków oraz o długości od nich mniejszej, końcami usytuowane w równych odległościach od boków prostopadłych panelu. Płyta grzewcza (4) i ciepłowody (5) wykonane są z materiału o wysokim współczynniku przewodzenia ciepła, zwłaszcza ze stopu aluminium lub magnezu, natomiast materiał z którego wykonana jest warstwa nośna (1) cechuje się wysoką zdolnością absorpcji ciepła, około 2000 J/(kgK) i niskim współczynnikiem przewodzenia ciepła ? < 0,4.
