Abstract
Kompozyt nośny ogniw fotowoltaicznych, stanowiący ogniwo fotowoltaiczne o strukturze warstwowej, złożonej z miękkich warstw, licząc od warstwy spodniej: folii wykonanej z polimerowego tworzywa sztucznego typu "tedlar", folii wykonanej z tworzywa sztucznego typu PET, folii metalowej wykonanej z miedzi, folii wykonanej z tworzywa sztucznego typu EVA, warstwy fotosolarnej wykonanej na bazie krzemowej zawierającej fotoogniwa, folii wykonanej z tworzywa sztucznego typu EVA i płytki szklanej, charakteryzuje się tym, że trzy pierwsze miękkie warstwy, licząc od strony spodniej, zastępuje się jedną sztywną warstwą (8) o strukturze laminatu, wykonanego na bazie włókien szklanych (8.1), pokrytego metalową folią miedzianą (8.2).Photovoltaic solar composite composite photovoltaic cell with a layered structure composed of soft layers, counting from the bottom layer: foil made of polymeric material "tedlar", foil made of PET plastic, metal foil made of copper, foil made of EVA plastic, a photosolar layer made of silicon containing photo cells, foil made of EVA plastic and a glass plate, characterized by the fact that the first three soft layers, counting from the bottom, are replaced by one rigid layer (8) laminate, made on the basis of glass fibers (8.1), covered with metal copper foil (8.2).
