Przedmiotem wynalazku sa material medyczny do rekonstrukcji naczyn krwionosnych, sposób wytwarzania materialu medycznego i zastosowanie materialu medycznego do rekonstrukcji naczyn krwionosnych. Material medyczny do rekonstrukcji naczyn krwionosnych, wykonany jest z co najmniej jednego zwiazku wybranego sposród polipropylenu i/lub polilaktydu, przy czym indeks plyniecia polipropylenu zawarty jest w przedziale od 3 do 500 g/10 cm, zas indeks plyniecia polilaktydu zawarty jest w przedziale od 20 do 80 g/10 cm, a wytworzony material ma strukture tabularna, zas masa powierzchniowa materialu medycznego zawarta jest w przedziale 10-170 g/m2, porowatosc struktury zawarta jest w przedziale 60 - 95%, srednica wlókien zawarta jest pomiedzy 0,07 a 20 ?m.The subject of the invention is medical material for the reconstruction of blood vessels, a method of producing medical material and the use of medical material for the reconstruction of blood vessels. The medical material for reconstruction of blood vessels is made of at least one compound selected from polypropylene and / or polylactide, with the polypropylene flow index in the range from 3 to 500 g / 10 cm, and the polylactide flow index in the range from 20 up to 80 g / 10 cm, and the manufactured material has a tabular structure, while the surface mass of the medical material is in the range of 10-170 g / m2, the porosity of the structure is in the range of 60 - 95%, the fiber diameter is between 0.07 and 20 mm
