Przedmiotem wynalazku jest sposób otrzymywania celulozy bakteryjnej w formie błon, sposób immobilizowania bakterii <I>Bacillus subtilis<D> syntetyzujących proteinazę, sposób otrzymywania immobilizowanych biokatalizatorów, zastosowanie celulozy bakteryjnej wytworzonej w hodowli stacjonarnej szczepu <I>Acetobacter xylinum<D> jako materiału opatrunkowego, zastosowanie celulozy bakteryjnej do otrzymywania biokatalizatorów, sposób modyfikacji błon celulozowych w celu otrzymania celulozowych materiałów opatrunkowych. Ogólnie wynalazek dotyczy syntetyzowania celulozy, z której w warunkach stacjonarnych, na powierzchni ciekłej pożywki formuje się galaretowata, sprężysta błona, zastosowania celulozy bakteryjnej jako nośnika do otrzymywania immobilizowanych biokatalizatorów oraz sposobu zastosowania celulozy bakteryjnej jako materiału opatrunkowego w postaci membran celulozowych o dowolnych rozmiarach i formie.The subject of the invention is a method of obtaining bacterial cellulose in the form of membranes, a method of immobilizing <I>Bacillus subtilis<D> bacteria synthesizing proteinase, a method of obtaining immobilized biocatalysts, the use of bacterial cellulose produced in a stationary culture of the <I>Acetobacter xylinum<D> strain as a dressing material, use of bacterial cellulose to obtain biocatalysts, method of modifying cellulose membranes to obtain cellulose dressing materials. Generally, the invention concerns the synthesis of cellulose, from which, under stationary conditions, a gelatinous, elastic membrane is formed on the surface of the liquid medium, the use of bacterial cellulose as a carrier for obtaining immobilized biocatalysts, and the method of using bacterial cellulose as a dressing material in the form of cellulose membranes of any size and form.
