Description
Opis wynalazkuDescription of the invention
The subject of the invention is an element of surface covering, especially the roof surface, but also the facade or other surface of a building object.
W innych rozwiązaniach zamki w panelach modułowych to wywinięte pionowo do góry boczne krawędzie płyty panelu, u góry krawędzie te są zagięte w dół w stronę płyty panelu. There are known elements of roofing or façades made of modular panels in the form of a sheet of metal, spatially shaped into waves, steps, with shaped horizontal, upper and lower, and vertical, side edges. Single modular panels are connected to each other during the installation of the roof covering with vertical side and horizontal edges, shaped as locks. The lower lock of the panel of the stacked row is applied to the upper lock of the panel from the lower row. In the case of side edges, the locks are made in such a way that on one edge of the modular panel there is a so-called female lock, and on the other edge is the so-called male lock. The simplest side locks are the side edges of the panels, properly shaped during stamping, which are overlapped - their shape is such that the application of the next panel consists in applying it with the shaped side edge on the previously laid panel, on its corresponding fragment of the same shape. In other solutions, the locks in modular panels are the side edges of the panel board folded vertically upwards, at the top these edges are bent down towards the panel board. Edge bends are shaped in such a way that on one edge the lock has the form of a spike in cross-section - it is a male lock, and on the other edge the bend is shaped in such a way that a recess is formed in the bend - it is a female lock. The male lock is a longitudinal, pointed elevation along the side edge, rising above the surface of the panel. The female lock is a longitudinal recess formed from the side edge, elevated above the panel board, while the outer side of the recess is shorter and does not reach the level of the panel board. A longitudinal latch is made on this shorter side to cooperate with the longitudinal seam in the men's lock. There, the seam is made on the inside side of the pointed rise above the panel board - this is why such panels are called modular seam panels or click-in panels. The modular panels are laid on the roof starting from one of the sides of the covered surface, paying attention to start laying in such a way that the female lock can be snapped on the male lock - the longitudinal latch of the female lock snaps on the longitudinal seam of the male lock. This is how successive modular panels are arranged by placing successive female locks on male locks and snapping successive female locks on male locks.
According to the invention, the surface covering element is characterized in that on both sides the panel has male locks in the form of longitudinal, pointed elevations along the side edges. On the inner walls of the pointed peaks, each of the male locks of the panel has a longitudinal snap seam for cooperation with longitudinal snaps in the female locks of adjacent panels. The panels are made of steel or copper or aluminum or other coated or uncoated sheet.
The solution according to the invention is a great help for the roofer, because laying can be started from any place on the roof. At the same time, both at the ends of the roof and when connecting the slopes of the multi-slope roof, there is a smooth transition to the next fragment. This significantly affects the speed of laying the panels on the roof, while improving the aesthetics of the roof, as it avoids shifting the panels in phase when transitioning to successive slopes. Visually, the covered surface does not differ from those covered with known panels.
Przedmiot wynalazku pokazano na rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia w przykładzie wykonania element pokrycia w widoku aksonometrycznym, fig. 2 przedstawia przekrój poprzeczny elementu, a fig. 3 przedstawia element według wynalazku z połączonymi z nim bocznymi, sąsiednimi, typowymi panelami, gdzie w powiększeniu pokazano złącza paneli. The subject of the invention is shown in the drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows an exemplary roofing element in an axonometric view, Fig. 2 shows a cross-section of the element, and Fig. 3 shows an element according to the invention with side, adjacent, typical panels connected to it, where in enlargement shows panel joints.
Jak pokazano na fig. 1 i fig. 2, element pokrycia powierzchni to panel modułowy, w którym płyta 1 ma wzdłuż obu boków zamki męskie w postaci wzdłużnych, szpiczastych wzniesień 3 wzdłuż bocznych krawędzi. Na tak zamocowany do powierzchni element, na będące na jego bokach wzniesienia 3, nakłada się żeński zamekAs shown in Fig. 1 and Fig. 2, the surface covering element is a modular panel in which the panel 1 has male locks along both sides in the form of longitudinal, pointed elevations 3 along the side edges. The outer walls 2 of the elevations 3 are flat and rise above the panel 1, preferably vertically, at the bottom, the outer walls 2 have external flanges 5 along their entire length, by means of which the panels are fixed to the ground, which are flush with the panel 1. On the inner walls there are the snap seams 4 are made to cooperate with the longitudinal snaps 6 in the female locks on the sides of the adjacent panels, as shown in Fig. 3. The female locks of the next panel are always put over the male locks. Laying begins with fixing the surface covering element according to the invention with two male locks, fixing the panel 1 to the substrate with flanges 5.
Dla obserwatora nie jest zauważalna jakakolwiek zmiana wyglądu pokrywanej powierzchni, gdyż zawsze na wierzchu są zamki żeńskie.EN 241 765 B1 of the adjacent panel on one side and also the female lock of the adjacent panel on the other side. These subsequent panels are built as standard, i.e. they have a 1' board with a male lock on one side and a female lock with a latch 6 on the other side. Therefore, on the elevations of the 3 male locks of the element according to the invention, the latches 6 of the female locks of the adjacent panels are overlapped, so again, on the sides of the already arranged system, there are elevations 3' of the male locks - laying is done in both directions from the first element with male locks with elevations 3, which significantly speeds up the installation of the roof or facade covering. For the observer, no change in the appearance of the coated surface is noticeable, because there are always female locks on top.
