This metal panel 1 is a pentagonal product obtained by press-molding a thin metal plate and surface-treating it to give it corrosion resistance. This metal panel 1 is the upper part (upper left in FIG. 6) of the other metal panel 1. It is composed of an overlapping portion A which is overlapped from above, and an exposed portion B which is exposed at the bottom of the panel even after the roofing.
Here, the length of the overlapping portion A in the water gradient direction (the length shown as “A” in FIG. 6) is the length of the exposed portion B in the water gradient direction (as “B” in FIG. 6). It is specified to be larger than the indicated length). A rising rib 2 is bent upward at a right angle at the periphery of the overlapping portion A, and a rising rib 2 is formed at a substantially right angle downward at the periphery of the exposed portion B at the lower part of the panel. The bent down ribs 3 are formed continuously at a constant height. Further, a cylindrical boss portion 4 for nailing is formed in the overlapping portion A of the metal panel 1.

Then, when the roof is roofed with the metal panels 1, nails 5 are hammered into the nail holes of the cylindrical boss portions 4 formed in a plurality of overlapping portions A of the metal panels 1 to roof the metal panels 1. Fixed to the base plate 6 or rafter 7 of the next metal panel 1
The lower part of the roof covers the upper surface of the overlapping part A, and the roof is gradually raised from the lower side to the upper side (see FIG. 7). At this time, the metal panels on the upper surface side are arranged so that the side edge portions of the left and right metal panels are in contact with each other at the center portion (the center portion in the direction orthogonal to the water gradient direction) of the metal panel on the lower surface side. Then, as shown in detail in FIG. 8, at the upper end of the rising rib 2 at the upper end portion (top 1a) in the water gradient direction of the overlapping portion A of the metal panel on the lower surface side, the overlapping portion A of another metal panel on the upper surface side is formed. The rear surface of the panel of the portion corresponding to the rising rib 2 of the side edge portion (the portion where the left and right panels are in contact with each other) contacts. The exposed portion B at the bottom of the metal panel 1 is
It is exposed even after the roof is raised and has a beautiful roof appearance.

In the roof that was raised using the above-proposed metal roofing exterior panel, the lower ends of the descending ribs 3 formed on the periphery of the exposed portion B of each metal panel 1 were arranged on the lower surface side. Rising ribs 2 that continuously abut on the upper surface of another metal panel 1 and that are formed on the periphery of the overlapping portion A of each metal panel 1.
The upper end of the metal plate is continuously abutted against the back surface of another metal panel 1 disposed on the upper surface side, and the surrounding space is surrounded by rising ribs 2 and falling ribs 3 between the upper and lower metal panels 1. Are formed at regular intervals, and the presence of this closed space prevents the occurrence of a capillary phenomenon due to the close contact of the metal panels 1 with each other between top and bottom, and prevents rain leakage due to the capillary phenomenon.

Further, the descending ribs 3 prevent rainwater from being blown into the closed space from the lower end of the exposed portion B (primary waterproofing), and even if rainwater is blown into the closed space from the lower end of the exposed portion B, the lower surface is prevented. The rising ribs 2 of the metal panel 1 that is turned to the side serve as a draining wall to prevent rainwater and the like from entering the attic (secondary waterproofing). Since the nail hole 5 is formed at the upper end of the cylindrical boss portion 4, even if rainwater or the like is blown from the lower end of the exposed portion B, the nail hole 5 does not leak from the rain.

The problem to be solved by the invention is that the proposed exterior metal panel 1 is formed by pressing a thin plate of an aluminum alloy or the like, and thus is lightweight, and therefore, after being installed on a roof or the like, There is a possibility that the exposed portion B of the metal panel 1 may be lifted up by the strong wind and may be broken or deformed.

One method to solve such a problem is
For example, Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 53-11720 or Japanese Patent Laid-Open No.
As can be seen in No. 93813, it is conceivable to join the metal panels to be overlapped with each other in a so-called goby-folding manner. However, when a simple general goby folding joint is applied, the surfaces of the metal panels contact each other in the vicinity of the goby folding joining portion, so that there is a problem that rainwater easily enters from the contact portion due to a capillary phenomenon.

Means for Solving Problems As a means for solving the above problems, the exterior metal panel of the present invention is constructed so that a part of the exterior metal panel overlaps the roof or the outer wall of the building from below the water gradient to above the water gradient. The outer edge of the outer metal panel and the side edges of the other metal panels stacked on the upper surface side are in contact with each other at the central portion in the direction orthogonal to the water gradient direction in the lower metal panel. In the exterior metal panel configured as described above, a rising rib formed by bending the peripheral portion upward at a substantially right angle is exposed at the peripheral edge of the overlapping portion where another metal panel is laminated on the upper surface side, and is exposed even after the roofing. On the peripheral edge of the exposed portion, downward ribs are formed by bending the peripheral edge downward at substantially right angles so as to be at the same height as the rising ribs, and are continuously formed at constant heights. Set the length in the water gradient direction so that it is longer than the length of the exposed part in the water gradient direction. The metal panel is configured such that the panel back surface of the portion corresponding to the rising rib of the side edge portion of the overlapping portion is in contact with the metal panel, and a Z-shaped bent portion is further formed on the boundary line between the overlapping portion and the exposed portion. Is formed so that the lower end of the water gradient of the portion overlaps the upper end of the water gradient of the exposed portion, and at the end of the descending rib on the lower end of the water gradient of the exposed portion, in the Z-shaped bent portion of another metal panel. It is characterized in that an engaging portion for engaging is provided.

Action When using the metal panel as described above, when sequentially roofing the roof or outer wall of the building, etc. from the lower part of the water gradient to the upper part of the water gradient, the water in the exposed part of the metal panel Engage the engaging part provided on the end of the descending rib on the lower end of the slope with the Z-shaped bent part formed on the boundary line between the overlapping part and the exposed part of another metal panel already fixed on the lower side. After fixing it, fix it by nailing. Therefore, since each metal panel is fixed to another metal panel on the lower surface side even at the lower end of the water gradient, the exposed portion is prevented from rising even if it is swung by strong wind after being installed on a roof or the like. .

Further, here, between the metal panels to be overlaid (between the metal panel on the upper surface side and the metal panel on the lower surface side), the rising ribs at the periphery of the overlapping portion of the metal panel on the lower surface side and another metal panel on the upper surface side are arranged. The enclosed space, which is completely surrounded by the falling ribs on the peripheral edge of the exposed part, is formed with a certain and sufficient space, and it is possible to prevent the occurrence of the capillary phenomenon between the vertically overlapping metal panels, and at the same time, the enclosed space. Rainwater can be prevented from entering inside (primary waterproofing), and even if rainwater enters the enclosed space, the leakage of rainwater from the enclosed space to the roof substrate side under the metal panel is prevented. It is possible (draining; secondary waterproofing), and it is possible to reliably prevent the occurrence of rain leaks.

That is, in the metal panel of the present invention, the length of the overlapping portion in the water gradient direction is set to be larger than the length of the exposed portion in the water gradient direction, and the metal panel on the lower surface side in the overlapped and roofed state is set. Panel of a portion corresponding to the rising ribs of the side edges of the overlapping portion of another metal panel on the upper surface side, at the upper ends of the rising ribs of the upper end portion (upper end portion in the vertical direction of the water gradient; the top portion) of the overlapping portion of Since the back surfaces are in contact with each other, the rising ribs of the peripheral edge portion of the lower surface side metal panel and the peripheral edge portions of the upper surface side metal panel are provided between the stacked upper and lower side metal panels. The descending ribs form a space that surrounds the entire circumference without interruption.
Since the rising ribs and the falling ribs have the same height and are continuously formed with a constant height, the upper ends of the rising ribs and the lower ends of the falling ribs are different from each other on the plate surface ( Since the back surface and the front surface are in contact with each other and are in close contact with each other, the space is a closed space with a constant vertical space and a sufficient space. The presence of such a closed space prevents rainwater from entering between the upper and lower metal panels due to the capillary phenomenon. On the other hand, the descending rib itself plays a role (primary waterproofing) of preventing rainwater from entering the sealed space due to wind and rain blowing up from below the water gradient. And even if rainwater invades into the enclosed space due to wind and rain blowing, rainwater will be prevented from leaking to the roof substrate side under the metal panel, as a result of the rising rib becoming a draining wall. , It is possible to reliably prevent the occurrence of rain leaks on the roof.

Here, since the engaging portion to be engaged with the Z-shaped bent portion is provided at the lower end of the lower rib, the engaging portion is engaged with the Z-shaped bent portion at a position apart from the back surface of the exposed portion. Then
Therefore, the back surface of the exposed part does not contact the Z-shaped bent part,
Therefore, it is possible to surely secure the above-mentioned closed spaces at regular intervals.

Further, since the engaging portion of the upper surface side panel is held in surface contact with the Z-shaped bending portion of the lower surface side panel, the engaging portion and the Z-shaped bending portion are in close contact with each other, and therefore from below. It is possible to more reliably prevent rainwater from entering the closed space by blowing up the rainwater, and to perform the above-mentioned primary waterproofing more completely.

Further, the engaging portion between the engaging portion 15 at the end portion of the descending rib 13a and the Z-shaped bent portion 14 prevents the rainwater from being blown into the closed space from the lower end of the exposed portion B (primary waterproofing). Furthermore, even if rainwater blows into the enclosed space from the lower end of the exposed portion B,
The rising ribs 2 of the metal panel 11 that is laid on the lower surface serve as a draining wall to prevent rainwater from entering the attic (secondary waterproofing). Since the nail hole 15 is formed at the upper end of the cylindrical boss portion 14, even if rainwater or the like is blown from the lower end of the exposed portion B, it does not leak from the nail hole 15.

Effects of the Invention As described above, the stacking-type exterior metal panel according to the present invention is a stacking-type exterior metal panel used for a roof or an outer wall of a building. The rising ribs that are bent and the downward ribs that are bent downward on the periphery of the exposed part are continuously formed at the same height so that they are lightweight, hard to break and durable. Since it is rich in workability, the workability is good, and between the metal panels that overlap when the roof is raised, the upper ends of the rising ribs and the lower ends of the falling ribs are in contact with the upper surface or the lower surface (rear surface) of different metal panels. There is a fixed and sufficient space between the metal panels that is completely surrounded by the rising ribs of the lower metal panel and the lower ribs of the upper metal panel. Since the enclosed space is formed, the capillarity does not occur between the upper and lower metal panels, and therefore rain leakage due to intrusion of rainwater due to the capillarity is prevented. In addition, the falling ribs on the periphery of the exposed portion prevent rainwater from entering the sealed space by blowing up rainwater from below (primary waterproofing), and even if rainwater enters the sealed space, it will overlap. The rising rib of the portion serves as a draining wall to prevent rainwater from entering the roof substrate side below the metal panel (secondary waterproofing), so that rain leakage can be reliably prevented. Therefore, according to the metal panel of the present invention, it is possible to reliably and sufficiently prevent the occurrence of rain leakage.

Further, in the metal panel of the present invention, a Z-shaped bent portion is formed on the boundary line between the overlapped portion and the exposed portion, and another metal panel of another metal panel is formed at the end portion of the downward rib on the lower end side of the water gradient of the exposed portion. Since the engaging part that engages with the Z-shaped bent part is provided, the exposed part side of the lower part of the panel is fixed to another metal panel fixed to the lower side, and the metal panel floats up due to the wind pressure during strong wind after construction. Bending and the like are effectively prevented, and the construction is easy.

In addition, the engaging portion that engages with the Z-shaped bent portion,
Since it is formed at the lower end of the descending rib having a certain height, the engaging part between the upper and lower metal panels that are stacked is separated from the back surface of the exposed part of the upper metal panel by the above-mentioned sealed space, and the sealing is performed. The space can be reliably maintained, and since the Z-shaped bent portion and the engaging portion of the engaging portion are in close contact with each other, the backflow of rainwater into the enclosed space due to wind and rain blowing up from below the water gradient can be prevented. It can be surely prevented.
