Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest etykieta przeznaczona do umieszczania na opakowaniach, zwlaszcza suplementów diety, herbat, ziól lub ich mieszanek. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, przejawiajaca sie w oryginalnym ukladzie graficznym i kolorystycznym. Etykieta wedlug wzoru przemyslowego w ksztalcie zblizonym do prostokata, posiada nadruk na tle w kolorze papieru/tektury, o ksztalcie przypominajacym stylizowana muszle ze wstega. Calosc tworzy oryginalna kompozycje graficzna. The essence of an industrial design is a new and individual form of the product, manifested in an original graphic and color arrangement. The label follows an industrial pattern in a shape similar to a rectangle, with a print on a paper/cardboard-colored background, resembling a stylized shell with a ribbon. The whole thing is an original graphic composition. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustrations, where: Fig. 1 shows the design in the first variant, Fig. 2 - the design in the second variant, Fig. 3 - the design in the third variant, Fig. 4 - the design in the fourth variant, Fig. 5 - pattern in the fifth variant, Fig. 6 - pattern in the sixth variant, Fig. 7 - pattern in the seventh variant, Fig. 8 - pattern in the eighth variant, Fig. 9 - pattern in the ninth variant Fig. 10 - pattern in the ninth variant ten o'clock.
