Najczesciej stosowane sa urzadzenia pionowe. Powietrze w tych urzadzeniach doprowa¬ dzanejest do dolnejjego czesci poprzez dysze rozpylowa. Takamieszanina przeplywa wewnetrznym cylindrem ku górze, a splywa ku dolowi zewnetrznym cylindrem. Znane sa takze urzadzenia do otrzymywania asfaltu w ksztalcie pionowego cylindra, którego dolna czesc jest wykonana w ksztalcie scietego stozka. W innych znanych urzadzeniach, doprowadzenie dostatecznej ilosci powietrza wymaga stosowania odpowiedniego systemu o skomplikowanych rozdzielczych ukladach. Equipment for the production of asphalt in the form of lying or standing cylindrical reactors is known. Vertical devices are most often used. The air in these devices is supplied to the lower part through spray nozzles. In order to improve the mass transfer and obtain a better efficiency of the oxidation process, mechanical mixers are additionally used. A distinction is also made between devices in the form of tubular reactors, in which the asphalt is mixed with air in a co-flow, after which the reacting mass passes to a device separating vapors and gases from the asphalt obtained. Another known device is a two-zone reactor, in which the mixing of the crude oil bottoms residue is in a two-zone reactor. The reactors consist of two coaxial cylinders with connections at the top and bottom, with the inner cylinder head flared at the bottom. The bottled bottoms mixed with air are introduced into the lower part of the inner cylinder by means of a diverter which the liquid bottoms and air are co-fed. Such a mixture flows upwards in the inner cylinder and flows downwards in the outer cylinder. There are also known devices for obtaining asphalt in the shape of a vertical cylinder, the lower part of which is made in the shape of a truncated cone. Arrangements of nozzles, atomizing the air, are arranged in two levels, in the conical part of the device and are connected to each other centrally by a collector. The lower arrangement of the spray nozzles is located slightly above the bottom of the cone, and the upper one in the conical part is located below the conical transition, the cylindrical part of the reactor. The air inlet to the manifold connecting the spray nozzle systems is located below half its height. With the use of known asphalt plants, the following inconveniences and disadvantages occur. Tubular devices are very difficult to clean frequently from coke deposited in the pipes. In other known devices, the supply of a sufficient amount of air requires the use of an appropriate system with complex distribution systems. In addition, as a rule, preheating of the petroleum decantation residue 144120 fed to the reactor is used in order to avoid its excessive solidification. In large-capacity devices, the introduced bottoms remain at high temperature for many hours, which causes its coking, and the gases leaving the reactor at a temperature of 220 ° C - 260 ° C contain harmful substances. Therefore, there is a need for their additional cooling and cleaning in a separate device. The aim of the invention is to eliminate the above-mentioned drawbacks and inconveniences and to obtain a clean asphalt, while using a small amount of thermal energy. In addition, it eliminates the release of harmful components to the natural environment, contained in post-oxidation gases. i Celten was achieved by designing the device according to the invention in the shape of a vertical cylinder with three shelves, top, middle and bottom. The shelves are filled with elements that accelerate the asphalt oxidation process. Above the upper shelf there is a pipe for supplying crude oil still bottoms and a pipe for discharging oxidation gases. Under the bottom shelf there is an air supply pipe, and under the device there is a pump that feeds asphalt dripping by gravity through a special pipe, from the bottom of the device to the middle shelf. The elements on the shelves are made of sheet metal or other material and have a rectangular shape when unfolded, and when rolled up, they receive the shape of a vertical cylinder, with triangular cuts in the wall, which rolled into the cylinder around the uncut side, creating cut cones located vertically and touching the vertices with each other. The subject of the invention is presented in the example of the drawing, in which fig. 1 shows the device in a vertical section, fig. 2 - a vertical section of a shelf with elements facilitating the course of the asphalt oxidation process arranged thereon, fig. 3 - arrangement of elements on the shelf in a top view, fig. 4 - a view of the element shown in the development from A device for obtaining asphalt in the shape of a vertical cylinder according to the invention with shelves 3, 4, 5 filled with elements 6. Above the shelf 3 there is a line 2 for the crude oil distillation and a line 11 for exhausting oxidation gases. Under the shelf 4 there is an air supply conduit 9. Under the device 1 there is a pump 7 with a conduit 8 feeding asphalt from the bottom of the device and a shelf 5. The elements 6 are made of sheet metal or other material and have the shape of a rectangle 12 when rolled up, and after folding they have the shape of a vertical cylinder with a triangular cut 13,14 , rolled up inside the cylinder 6 around the uncut side 15, forming inwards the cylinder 6 around the uncut side 15, forming two cut-out cones situated vertically and touching each other at the peaks 16.
