Przedmiotem wynalazku jest urzadzenie do dezynfekcji wymion.Celem zmniejszenia schorzen gruczolów mlekowych u bydla konieczne jest stosowanie, zwlaszcza po zakonczeniu doju, dezynfekcji wymion. Zabieg ten wykonuje sie najczesciej recznie zanurzajac kolejno strzyki w plynie odkazajacym. Klapa 5 stemje wylacznikiem 7 normalnie otwartym w czasie spoczynku urzadzenia, zas klapa 6 steruje wylacznikiem 8 normalnie zamknietym w stanie spoczynku urzadzenia. Wylaczniki 7 i 8 sa wlaczone w obwód elektryczny zaworu 4. Przechodzaca nad rama 1 w rozkroku krowa dotyka tulowiem klapy 6 i.powoduje rozlaczenie ukladu zaworu 4, zas dotykajac klapy 5 zamyka ten obwód. Po zwolnieniu klapy 6 i zamknieciu obwodu nastepuje oprysk. Przechodzaca dalej krowa zwalnia klape 5, która przerywajac obwód elektryczny wylacza oprysk wymienia. W obwód sterowania wlaczony jest ponadto elektroniczny sterownik czasu, nie pokazany na rysunku, który wylacza wyplyw cieczy dezynfekujacej w zakre¬ sie nastawialnym 0,02 do 100 sek., w przypadku zatrzymania sie krowy nad rama i nie zwolnienia klapy 5.Zastrzezenie patentowe Urzadzenie do dezynfekcji wymion, zaopatrzone w sterowane elektrycznie dysze opryskujace, zna¬ mienne tym, zerna rame prowadzaca (1) w ksztalcie zblizonym do trapezu, przy czym na czesci ramy równoleglej do podloza umocowane sa dysze opryskujace (3),zas nad rama (1) usytuowane sa przesuniete wzgledem siebie w linii ruchu zwierzecia klapy (5) i (6), sterujace wylacznikami (7) i (8), wlaczonymi we wspólny dla nich i dysz (3) uklad elektryczny zaworu elektromagnetycznego (4). ft9.< Pracownia Poligratona UP PRL. Nakted 100 ep.Cen* 100 il PLThe subject of the invention is an udder disinfection device. In order to reduce the diseases of the mammary glands in cattle, it is necessary to disinfect the udder, especially after milking. This procedure is usually performed by manually dipping the teats in the disinfectant. Due to the cumbersome and laborious nature of this procedure, devices for spraying the udder are being introduced more and more often. Such a device is known, for example, from the description of the invention to the USSR copyright certificate No. 337104. This device is equipped with electrically controlled spraying nozzles, mounted on a manifold associated with a sliding element placed on the cross beam of the device frame. This device has the major disadvantage that it does not ensure a thorough spraying of the entire udder. In a standing position - which is occupied by a cow in this device, the rear teats, and often the external surface of the udder adheres to the rear legs and the liquid spraying out of the nozzles does not reach the covered parts of the udder. This inconvenience is removed by the solution according to the invention. The device has a guiding frame in the shape close to the trapezoid. The spraying nozzles are attached to the frame part parallel to the ground and are connected to the electric system of the solenoid valve, which also includes switches controlled by control flaps located above the frame. These flaps are displaced in relation to each other in the line of motion of the animal. The animal passing over the frame presses successively on the control flaps, opening and closing the circuit of the solenoid valve controlling the spraying. The distance of the control flaps is chosen so that when the cow's udder is sprayed, it is directly above the nozzle. Because the cow passing over the frame puts its legs apart, the udder is completely exposed, so that a thorough spraying of the entire udder is ensured. The device is preferably equipped with an electronic timer that reduces spraying time in the event of an animal stopping over the frame. Accurate spraying of the udder is simple and easy at the same time. It is advantageous when the device is placed outside the milk room, for example in the aisle between the milking parlor and the barn, as this eliminates the adverse effects of chemicals on the atmosphere in the milking parlors. 2 125434 The device is described in more detail in 1 shows the device in a side view, and fig. 2 shows the device in plan view. The guide frame 1 has a central part supported on supports 2 parallel to the ground. The side parts of the frame fall down into the substrate at an angle. In the central part of the frame 1 spraying nozzles 3 are mounted, connected by a solenoid valve 4 located on the frame 1 with a pump not shown in the drawing. On the sides, above the frame 1, there are control flaps 5 and 6, with the flap 5 being displaced relative to flaps 6 0.4 m forwards to the cow's direction of movement. The damper 5 blows the switch 7 normally open when the device is idle, and the damper 6 controls the switch 8 normally closed in the rest state of the device. Switches 7 and 8 are connected to the electric circuit of valve 4. A cow walking over the frame 1 in its stride touches the trunk of the flap 6 and causes the disconnection of the valve system 4, and by touching the flap 5 it closes this circuit. After the flap 6 is released and the circuit is closed, spraying takes place. The cow passing by releases the flap 5, which, interrupting the electrical circuit, switches off the udder spraying. The control circuit also includes an electronic timer, not shown in the figure, which turns off the disinfectant flow within an adjustable range of 0.02 to 100 seconds, in the event that the cow stops above the frame and does not release the damper. 5. disinfection of the udder, provided with electrically operated spraying nozzles, characterized by a zero guiding frame (1) in a shape similar to a trapezoid, with spray nozzles (3) attached to the frame part parallel to the ground, and above the frame (1) are shifted in relation to each other in the animal movement line of the flaps (5) and (6), controlling the switches (7) and (8), connected to the common for them and nozzles (3) electrical system of the solenoid valve (4). ft9. <Poligratona studio of the Polish People's Republic.
