Abstract

Wynalazek dotyczy urządzenia do kompleksowej ochrony źródła LED (1) przed zewnętrznymi warunkami atmosferycznymi. Składa się ono z co najmniej jednego układu optycznego zawierającego co najmniej jedno źródło LED (1) umieszczone na elektrycznie zasilanej i przewodzącej ciepło płytce obwodu drukowanego (4), ponadto z radiatora (2) i elementu optycznego przymocowanego do radiatora (2), bezpośrednio lub poprzez oprawkę LED, przy czym taki układ optyczny otoczony jest materiałem wypełniającym (5) tworząc zwarty wodoszczelny moduł, zaś umiejscowienie elementu optycznego (3) zapewnia jednocześnie ochronę źródła (1) przed bezpośrednim kontaktem z materiałem wypełniającym (5) i uzyskanie pożądanej szerokości wiązki źródła LED. Urządzenie stanowiące przedmiot wynalazku przeznaczone jest dla wszystkich typów oświetlenia LED stosowanego zewnętrznie, głównie do oświetlania ulic i parków, w formie architektonicznych reflektorów iluminacyjnych do oświetlania budynków, fontann, miejsc na zewnątrz, parkingów oraz w każdych innych warunkach zewnętrznych, w których istnieje potrzeba ochrony źródła LED (1) przed działaniem zewnętrznych warunków atmosferycznych.The invention relates to a device for comprehensive protection of an LED source (1) against external atmospheric conditions. It consists of at least one optical system containing at least one LED source (1) located on an electrically powered and heat conducting printed circuit board (4), furthermore a heat sink (2) and an optical element attached to the heat sink (2), directly or through the LED holder, whereby such an optical system is surrounded by a filler material (5) creating a compact waterproof module, while the location of the optical element (3) simultaneously provides source protection (1) against direct contact with the filler material (5) and obtaining the desired width of the source beam LED. The device constituting the subject of the invention is intended for all types of LED lighting used externally, mainly for street and park lighting, in the form of architectural floodlights for lighting buildings, fountains, outdoor spaces, parking lots and in any other external conditions in which there is a need to protect the source LED (1) against external atmospheric conditions.
