Abstract
The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a steel I beam segment of a positive moment and a negative moment by introducing prestress in a steel I beam constituted by an upper flange, a lower flange, and a thruss, which includes: a steel I beam rearing processing step of processing the steel I beam to rear up or processing an off-the-shelf steel I beam to rear up; a high-strength steel preliminary coupling step of preliminarily coupling high-strength steel to a lower flange of the steel I beam; a pressing step of holding a pair of steel I beams on a prestress introducing apparatus so that respective lower flanges face each other and pressing the steel I beams by inserting a hydraulic jack therebetween; a high-strength steel complete coupling step of completely coupling the high-strength steel to the steel I beam; and a prestress introducing step of introducing the prestress in the steel I beam by releasing pressing of the hydraulic jack, and a method for constructing a simple bridge and a continuous bridge. According to the present invention, it is possible to achieve an effect in which a steel I beam which is an off-the-shelf product is used to reduce a manufacturing period and construction cost, it is possible to achieve an effect in which rigidity increases, deflection and vibration decrease, manufacturing is rapid and easy, a girder depth decreases, and a long span is acquired by introducing prestress by combining high-strength steel with a steel I beam, and it is possible to achieve an effect in which maintenance is easy, PS steel is not damaged, and an appearance is good without prestressing by the PS steel.
