SE REFIERE A UN METODO QUE COMPRENDE: a) PROPORCIONAR UNA MUESTRA SELECIONADO DE MELAZA, FIBRAS, PASTO ENTRE OTROS; b) EXPONER LA MUESTRA A UN ANTICUERPO PRIMARIO CAPAZ DE UNIRSE A UN ANTIGENO SELECIONADO DEL GRUPO QUE CONSISTE DE (1 - 4)- ALFA-D-GLUCANO, ( 1-6)-BETA-D-GLUCANO, Y (1-4)- ALFA /(1-6)- BETA -D-GLUCANO DE ESTE MODO FORMANDO UN COMPLEJO DE ANTICUERPO-ANTIGENO PRIMARIO; c) DETECTAR EL GRADO DE ENLACE ENTRE EL ANTICUERPO PRIMARIO Y EL ANTIGENO USANDO UN ANTICUERPO SECUNDARIO EL CUAL ES CONJUGADO A UNA SUSTANCIA SELECCIONADA DE ENZIMAS, MATERIAL FLUOROGENICO, CROMOGENICO Y UN ISOTOPO RADIOETIQUETADO.
