SE REFIERE A UN PROCEDIMIENTO PARA LA PREPARACION DE UN COMPUESTO DE FORMULA IVa, DONDE: HX ES UN ACIDO TAL COMO ACIDO CLORHIDRICO, ACIDO BROMHIDRICO, ACIDO PARATOLUENSULFONICO, ACIDO SULFURICO; QUE COMPRENDE: 1) a)DISOLVER UN COMPUESTO DE FORMULA II EN ACETONITRILO FORMANDO UNA DISOLUCION; b)CRISTALIZAR UN COMPUESTO ESTEREOISOMERO SIN, DE FORMULA III; EN LA SOLUCION DE II; c)ELIMINAR EL ACETONITRILO DEL FILTRADO PROPORCIONANDO UNA MEZCLA ENRIQUECIDA EN UN COMPUESTO ESTEREOISOMERO ANTI DE FORMULA (IV); d) ANADIR A DICHA MEZCLA ENRIQUECIDA UN ACIDO Y UN DISOLVENTE COMO CLORURO DE METILENO, ETANOL, ACETATO DE ETILO; e) CRISTALIZAR EL COMPUESTO ESTEREOISOMERO ANTI DE FORMULA (IVa); O 2)HACER REACCIONAR EL ESTEREOISOMERO (IVa) ANTI, EN FORMA DE BASE LIBRE, CON (R)-1-(5-QUINOLINILOXI)-2,3-EPOXIPROPANO, FORMANDO EL COMPUESTO V, EL QUE OPCIONALMENTE REACCIONA CON CLORURO DE HIDROGENO Y FORMA EL COMPUESTO I.
