System for fremstilling av anatomisk riktige og este- tisk tiltalende tannerstatninger, omfattende en model- leringsstruktur for å fremstille en skreddersydd av- trykkskrone. og en fremgangsmåte for å benytte modellen til å forme avtrykkskronen. Et groanlegg som brukes i det kirurgiske andre trinn for å danne en åpning i gin- giva av en tannpasient, festes på en implantatanalog i modellen. Avtrykksmasse helles i modelleringsbeholderen rundt groanlegget for å danne en modell av pasientens gingivalsjikt, med et hulrom i modellen som tilsvarer åpningen i pasientens gingivalsjikt. Et smalt krone- skaft festes på implantatanalogen i modelleringsbehol- deren, og modelleringsmasse helles i hulrommet og får herde rundt det smale kroneskaft, hvorved det dannes en avtrykkskrone hvis transmucosale parti tilsvarer stør- relsen og formen av groanlegget.
