Abstract

Xylanase som er kjennetegnet ved flere partielle aminosyresekvenser, og som er inununoreaktiv med et antistoff frembrakt mot en renset xylanase utvun- net fra Humicola insolens, DSM 1800. Dette xylanasepreparatet er praktisk talt fritt for cellulase og er velegnet for behandling av papirmasse, som et bakemiddel og som et additiv til for.
