Description
Foreliggende oppfinnelse vedrorer en fremgangsmåte for fremstilling av urinstoff-derivater med formel: hvori N = 2, 3 eller 4 og R og R<1>hver er hydrogen, alkyl eller aryl, cycloalkyl, aralkyl eller alkahyl, den substituert eller usubstituert, mettet eller umettet, ved pyrolyse av tilsvarende karbarnater med formel:
hvori Me er et alkalmetall eller et jordalkalimetall.
Slike karbamater fremstilles fordelaktig ved en fremgangsmåte som angitt i ansokning 75/4161.
Pyrolysen foregår i henhold til fSigende reaksjonsskjema:
ved en temperatur mellom 150 og 400°C ved omgivelsenes trykk eller foretrukket under underatmosfærisk trykk. Under disse betingelser destilerer eller sublemerer urinstoffderivatet.
Eksempel 1
20 g CgHj-NH-COOLi anbringes i et forsoksror med forlengelsesror for innsetting i en elektrisk ovn og hvori der er et vakuum på
20 mm kvikksolv (absolutt trykk).
Ovnen oppvarmes til 300°C og på veggene av forsoksroret sublimerer 14 g bifenylurinstof f f "idet resten utgjores av 6 g Li^CO-. ut* au^oaæ.

PATENTKRAV
1. Fremgangsmåte for syntese av urinstoff-derivater valgt fra gruppen med formel:
hvor n = 2, 3 eller 4 og R og R<1>er hydrogen, alkyl, aryl,cycloalkyl, aralkyl eller alkaryl, enten substituert eller usubstituert og enten mettet eller umettet, ved pyrolyse av tilsvarende karbarnater med formel:
eller
hvori Me er et alkalimetall elleret-jordalkalimetall.
2. Fremgangsmåte som angitt i krav 1,
karakterisert vedat pyrolysen gjennomfores ved en temperatur mellom 150 og 400°C.
Claims (1)
- Fremgangsmåte for fremstilling av karbamider med formelhvori n er 2, 3 eller 4, R <1> er fenyl og R" er alkyl, karakterisert ved at et karbamat med formelenellerhvori R, R' og R" har den ovennevnte betydning og Me er et alkali- eller et jordalkali-metall, underkastes pyrolyse ved temperatur mellom 150 og 400°C.
