Claims (13)
1. Fremgangsmåte for fremstilling av et rør til en rørsammenstilling (10) for transport av korrosivt fluid, omfattende:
- å fremskaffe et jernbasert rør som har en belagt indre flate (14, 18, 32), hvor nevnte belagte indre flate (14, 18, 32) omfatter et første belegg (22) som omfatter et korrosjonsbestandig materiale, langs den indre flaten (18) av det jernbaserte røret;
- å klargjøre og avfase den ene eller begge endene av det jernbaserte røret for heftforbindelse med et annet jernbasert rør;
- å fjerne et område av det første belegget (22) nærmest enden av det jernbaserte røret som skal heftforbindes med det andre jernbaserte røret;
- å erstatte det fjernede området av det første belegget (22) med et andre belegg (24), hvor nevnte andre belegg (24) omfatter et korrosjonsbestandig materiale.
2. Fremgangsmåte ifølge krav 1, hvor det første belegget (22) omfatter 316L, 904L, 6Mo eller legering 825, og området av det første belegget (22) fjernes ved maskinering.
3. Fremgangsmåte ifølge krav 1 eller krav 2, hvor det andre belegget (24) omfatter legering 625.
4. Fremgangsmåte ifølge hvilket som helst av krav 1 til 3, hvor det fjernede området av det første belegget (22) erstattes med det andre belegget (24) ved bruk av en sveisebeleggingsprosess.
5. Fremgangsmåte ifølge krav 4, videre omfattende å maskinere og slipe sveisebelegget for å forene det andre belegget (24) med det første belegget (22).
6. Fremgangsmåte ifølge hvilket som helst av krav 1 til 5, hvor det jernbaserte røret omfatter karbonstål.
7. Fremgangsmåte for fremstilling av en rørsammenstilling (10) for transport av korrosivt fluid, omfattende:
- å tilveiebringe et første jernbasert rør (12) som er fremstilt i henhold til hvilket som helst av kravene 1 til 6 og har en belagt indre flate (14, 18, 32), hvor nevnte belagte indre flate (14, 18, 32) omfatter et første belegg (22) som omfatter et korrosjonsbestandig materiale, langs den indre flaten (18) av det første jernbaserte røret, og et andre belegg (24) som omfatter et korrosjonsbestandig materiale, langs den indre flaten (18) av det første jernbaserte røret, hvor det andre belegget (24) befinner seg i tilstøting til det første belegget (22) og nærmest en ende av det første jernbaserte røret;
- å tilveiebringe et andre jernbasert rør (16) som har en belagt indre flate (14, 18, 32);
- å heftforbinde enden av det første jernbaserte røret (12) nærmest det andre belegget (24) med en ende av nevnte andre jernbaserte rør ved bruk av et ikke-jernbasert bindemateriale (20).
8. Fremgangsmåte ifølge krav 7, hvor den belagte indre flaten (14, 18, 32) av det andre jernbaserte røret (16) omfatter et tredje belegg (26) som omfatter et korrosjonsbestandig materiale, langs den indre flaten (18) av det andre jernbaserte røret, og et fjerde belegg (28) som omfatter et korrosjonsbestandig materiale, langs den indre flaten (18) av det andre jernbaserte røret, hvor det fjerde belegget (28) befinner seg i tilstøting til det tredje belegget (26) og nærmest en ende av det andre jernbaserte røret.
9. Fremgangsmåte ifølge krav 8, hvor det andre jernbaserte røret (16) er et rør fremstilt i overensstemmelse med hvilket som helst av kravene 1 til 6.
10. Fremgangsmåte ifølge krav 8 eller 9, hvor enden av det første jernbaserte røret (12) nærmest det andre belegget (24) heftforbindes med enden av det andre jernbaserte røret (16) nærmest det fjerde belegget (28).
11. Fremgangsmåte ifølge hvilket som helst av krav 7 til 10, hvor det ikkejernbaserte bindematerialet (20) omfatter en nikkelbasert legering.
12. Fremgangsmåte ifølge hvilket som helst av krav 7 til 11, hvor det første jernbaserte (12) og det andre jernbaserte røret (14) utgjør en rørlengde (30).
13. Fremgangsmåte ifølge hvilket som helst av krav 7 til 12 for fremstilling av et kjedelinje-stigerør i stål.
