Abstract
Foreliggende oppfinnelse er relatert til en anordning (10) for optisk måling av tykkelsen av enhver avsetning av materiale på innerveggen til en konstruksjon (26), for eksempel en oljerørledning. Anordningen er plasserbar inne i konstruksjonen og omfatter: en lyskildeenhet (14, 16) tilpasset for å projisere infrarødt lys på innerveggen (28) til konstruksjonen langs en linje (39) korresponderende til skjæringspunktet mellom innerveggen til konstruksjonen og et tverrsnittsplan til konstruksjonen; i det minste en infrarød fotosensor eller kamera (18) tilpasset for å registrere et bilde av det infrarøde lyset projisert på innerveggen av konstruksjonen; og hjelpemidler (22) for å presentere bildet registrert av i det minste en infrarød fotosensor eller kamera til et prosessorhjelpemiddel (24) tilpasset for å bestemme tykkelsen av enhver avsetning av materiale på innerveggen til konstruksjonen basert på det registrerte bildet. Foreliggende oppfinnelse relaterer seg også til en fremgangsmåte for optisk måling av tykkelsen av enhver avsetning av materiale på innerveggen til en konstruksjon.
