Abstract
Innretning (10, 200) for anastomose av en rørformet struktur (90), omfattende et første og andre ledd med en generelt hul, åpen konfigurasjon, som hvert inkluderer en stiv del (11, 13) og en elastisk del (12), og et forbindelsesledd (15, 160) for sammenkobling av de første og andre leddene. Ifølge en første utførelsesform er forbindelsesleddet (15) integrert med den stive delen (11) av det første leddet og har langsgående slisser (37) som danner tunger (38) derimellom, av hvilke minst en har et utstikkende fremspring (39) på dens frie ende. I en alternativ utførelsesform av den første utførelsesformen har forbindelsesleddet (15) minst ett spor (192) i omkretsen rundt den ytre periferien, og den andre stive delen (193) har et fremspring (194) anordnet rundt den indre periferien. Ifølge en andre utførelsesform (200) er forbindelsesleddet (160) anordnet som et ledd adskilt fra den første stive delen (11). De elastiske delene (12) er hovedsakelig sirkelformede ringer og er laget av et polymert materiale, et biokompatibelt og/eller biologisk nedbrytbart materiale. De stive delene (11, 13) har en ytterflate som er delvis halvsirkelformet i tverrsnitt, hvori diameteren ved en ikke-forbindende ende (30, 40) er større enn eller lik diameteren ved en forbindende ende (31, 41), som ender i en kant (36, 46). De første og andre leddene forbindes med hverandre, slik at det oppstår en avstand mellom de elastiske delene (12). Det dannes et hulrom mellom de stive delene 25 (13) og forbindelsesleddet og den rørformede strukturen når de er anordnet i innretningen (200).
