Abstract

Oppfinnelsen angår hydrauliske motorer for aktuering og kontrollering av et antisvingesystem i container håndterende kraner. Containerhåndterende kraner utgjør det følgende problemet, nemlig at når trillen beveger seg, oscillerer kablene som støtter lasteløftetraversen på langs i forhold til den tidligere nevnte bevegelsen. Systemer som for tiden anvendes for å redusere svingebevegelsen er uhensiktsmessige fordi (i) de omfatter et stort antall kraftoverføringselementer, som derved medfører vedlikeholdsproblemer, og (ii) de hovedsakelig to funksjonene derav utføres separat, dvs. bevegelsesoverføring og oscilleringsreduksjon. De ovennevnte problemene kan løses med et selvstendig, uavhengig drivsystem som anvender hydrauliske motorer, som derved gjør kraftoverføringsdrivkjeden enkel, robust, pålitelig og lett å vedlikeholde. I tillegg utfører motorene hovedfunksjonene samtidig, dvs. produserer bevegelsen og reduseringen av oscilleringene. Ifølge oppfinnelsen anvendes trykkbegrensende anordninger for å dempe trykkpunktene påført motorene under svingebevegelsen. Systemet balanserer trykket på motorene og forskyver på denne måten den oscillerende bevegelsen.
