Abstract

Oppfinnelsen vedrører et anlegg og en fremgangsmåte for kontinuerlig fremstilling av stivelse-, fett- eller proteinbaserte massegodsaktige nærings- eller fôrmidler eller tekniske mellomprodukter fra en stivelse-, fett- eller proteinbasert vannholdig mas se. Anlegget har på hverandre følgende områder langs hvilke massen kan transporteres: Et første område (2; 1, 7a) hvor mekanisk og/eller termisk energi innføres, et andre område (4; 7b) hvor det skjer en trykkoppbygging og et tredje område (6) for opptak av den utstøtte massen. Mellom det andre området (4; 7b) og det tredje området (6) er det anordnet en omformingsenhet (5). Ifølge oppfinnelsen har anlegget en massetransport-hemmende innstillbar barriere (3) mellom det første området (2; 1, 7a) og det andre området (4; 7b). Det tredje området (6) er tilordnet en måleinnretning (6) hvormed en produktparameter kan bestemmes.
