Abstract

Den produserte hybrid er egnet for bruk ved omgivelsestemperaturer på over 150?C.A process for producing a thick film hybrid comprises steps of providing a ceramic substrate (1) and at least one conductive thick film layer (2) is pressed onto the substrate to form a conductive pattern on the substrate, the pattern comprising at least one conductive contact pad positioned for subsequent connection with an electrical component, and wherein at least a portion of the thick film conductor is covered with an insulating overglaze (3), leaving each contact pad uncovered by the overglaze, while the pads (4) are metallized and electrical components (7) are electrically connected to the metallized contact pads. The hybrid produced is suitable for use at ambient temperatures above 150 ° C.
