Abstract

Det er beskrevet fieksible polyuretanskum fremstilt fira minst et polyisocyanat og minst en vegetabilsk olje alkoksylert i nærvær av en dobbel metallcyanid (DMC) katalysator, eventuelt minst en ikke-vegetabilsk oljebasert polyol, eventuelt i nærvær av minst en av esemidler, surfiaktanter, pigmenter, flammeretardasjonsmidler, katalysatorer og fyllstofifier. De alkoksylerte vegetabilske oljene er miljøvennlige, biobaserte polyoler som kan anvendes fior å øke det "grønne" innholdet av polyuretanskum uten å virke negativt inn på skumegenskaper.
