Abstract
Metallisk mikrobølgehulrom hvor resonansefrekvensen blir stabilisert i forhold til driftstemperaturvariasjoner. Stabiliseringen tilveiebringes ved å utføre hulrommet med en kjegleformet bunn (3) med en tykkelse og en lineær ekspan-sjonskoeffesient mindre enn den til det sylindriske hulrom-legemet (1). På denne måten varieres volumet omhyllet av den kjegleformede bunnen (3) i motsatt forhold med driftstempera-turvarias joner for således å kompensere for variasjonen i volumet til det sylindriske legemets (1) hulrom, som medfarer en stabilisering av resonansefrekvensen.

Fremgangsmåte for fremstilling av fleksible silikon-skum.
Nærværende oppfinnelse vedrorer fleksible silikonsvamper eller
skura, og er mer spesielt rettet på en praktisk og okonomisk fremgangsmåte for å fremstille slike materialer som er ganske sterkt etterspurt, særlig i forbindelse med termiske og/eller elektriske isolasjonsformål, hvor isolasjonen må, i tillegg til
silaner eller siloxaner, f.eks. metyl-triethoxysilan, tetra-propoxysilan, fenyl-tributoxysilan, dimetyl/tetraethoxydi-siloxan, dimetyl-difenyl-hexaethoxy tetrasiloxan og lignende. Virkningen av det kryssbindende middel illustreres av ligningen nedenfor: kondensasjon
Kryssbinding
Blandt de mange metall-karboxylat-aktivator-katalysatorer som kan anvendes ved oppfinnelsen, kan nevnes: blyoktoat, dibutyl-tindilaurat, sink stearat, kadmium stearat, kadmium laurat, stanno stearat, sink laurat, trifenyl tin acetat, dibutyl tin laurat, monobutyl tin trioctoat, dibutyl tin diacetat, dibutyl tin maleat, sink caprylat, barium stearat, etc.
Avhengig av sin natur kan metall-carboxylatet anvendes som så-dan eller det kan anvendes under opplosning eller dispergert i et egnet dispergeringsmiddel. Carboxylatene kan anvendes hver for seg eller i blanding. Esterne av azodiformsyre som her
anvendes som drivmiddel, er karakterisert ved at de inneholder
gruppen
Fortrinnsvis er den valgte ester en væske. De folgende er typiske eksempler:
diethyl azodiformat diisopropyl azodiformat diethylen bis(ethyl azodiformat)
ethylen bis(isopropylazodiformat).
Gassen som avgis av disse azoestere når disse er aktivert med metall-carboxylat, består overveiende av nitrogen, men omfatter dessuten noen carbon-monoxider og carbon-dioxider. Det er viktig å merke seg at disse estere ikke vil gi anledning til noen vesentlig gassmengde ved disse temperaturer som her foreligger i fravær av metall-carboxylatet og at sistnevnte er likeså
Claims (3)
1. Fremgangsmåte for fremstilling av fleksible silikonskum, ved hvilke et hydroxylert siloxan-materiale med en viskositet på minst 50 centistokes blandes med et "kryssbindende middel, et motall-carboxylat og et esterholdig drivmiddel, og denne blanding tillates å skumme opp idet carboxylatet tjener til både å frigjore gass fra esteren og katalysere omdannelsen av siloxan-materiale til en elastomer tilstand, karakterisert ved at det som drivmiddel anvendes en ester av azodiformsyre.
2. Fremgangsmåte etter krav 1, karakterisert ved at temperaturen holdes innen området <1>+0-70°C, og det hydroxylerte siloxan-materiale er en væske med en viskositet innen området 75 000-750 000 centistokes (25°C).
3. Fremgangsmåte etter krav 2, karakterisert ved at det anvendes: fra 1-5$ metall carboxylat, fra 1-5$ kryssbindende middel: og fra 2-8$ drivmiddel, alt basert på vekten av hydroxy-siloxanet.
