Description
Oppfinnelsen angår en svingemutter med to hoved-
saklig U-formede skiver som kan svinges mot hverandre om en felles, med hovedaksen parallelt anordnet aksel som strekker seg gjennom,
et ben av hver skive, som ved dreining beveges mot hverandre, og hvor hver U-formede uttagnings bunn har én eller flere gjenger.
Anbringelse av muttere som f.eks. tjener som
stopper for en eller annen gjenstand på lange, gjengede stenger, kan være forbundet med stort tidsforbruk, avhengig av stengenes lengde. Dessuten forekommer det ofte at gjengene ved endepartiet av slike stenger er skadet, således åt en mutter ikke kan skrues på uten at gjengene etterfoearbeides.
For slike formål og for anvendelser hvor gjengene
ikke er ført til den gjengede stangs ende, eller hvor enden av den gjengede stang er forsynt med et tverrgående forbindel-seselement, er der kjent flerdelte muttere, som under sammen-føyning av de enkelte deler bringes radialt på plass.
Således er der f.eks. kjent muttere som er delt i
aksial retning, hvorved enkeltdelene har fremspring og korresponderende uttagninger. Ved innføring av fremspringene i de tilsvarende uttagninger kan enkeltdelene forbindes med hverandre. At slike muttere omfatter mange deler er en ulempe som krever omstendelig montasje og lett fører til tap av enkelt-deler.
Videre er det kjent en som svingemutter utformet
mutter som består av to symmetriske, leddforbundne skiver.
Ved å bevege de enkelte skiver mot hverandre kan den gjengede stang omsluttes. Selv om en sådan svingemutter oppviser visse fordeler ved montasje, er den beheftet méd betraktelige ulemper hva belastning angår, spesielt også under montasje. Slike muttere kan bare belastes på én side og krever derfor stor oppmerksomhet under montasje. Dessuten må en slik svingemutters enkelte skiver holdes sammen ved hjelp av klemmer e.l.,
spesielt for at skivene ved påskruning av svingemutteren ved hjelp av et verktøy, f.eks. i form av en fastnøkkel, ikke skal bevege seg fra hverandre, hvorved den ønskede funksjon går tapt. De ved påskruning av svingemutteren ved hjelp av verktøy uavhengig på de enkelte skiver innvirkende krefter må derfor opptas fullstendig av holdeklemmene, hvilket fører til at disse må være fremstilt tilsvarende kraftige. Ofte må slike klemmer anbringes i stengenes aksialretning, hvilket fører til ytterligere ulemper i montasjemessig henseende.
Til grunn for oppfinnelsen ligger den oppgave å tilveiebringe en svingemutter som kan monteres på en gjenget stang på enkel måte uten spesielle verktøy, som oppviser optimal lastfordeling og ved hvilken en størst mulig gjenget lengde står til rådighet i forhold til mutterens høyde.
Denne oppgave er løst ved at svingemutterens skiver er anordnet i to over hverandre liggende plan, i mot hverandre svinget stilling hovedsakelig overlapper hverandre, og hver av skivene har en skulder på den flate side som vender mot den annen skive, hvor skulderen delvis griper inn i den annen skives U-formede uttagning og utfyller denne til en hel skive med en sentral åpning, idet den sentrale åpning har indre gjenger som er dannet av gjengene i de U-formede uttagninger sammen med gjengene i skulderen.
Mutteren ifølge oppfinnelsen har således, i motsetning til kjente svingemuttere, skiver som overlapper hverandre i aksial og
i radial retning, slik at gjengene settes sammen av sektorer med forskjellige virkeområder, mens kjente muttere har skiver som består av gjengede delvinkelsektorer og derfor har behov for en låsestift for å sikre at sektorene holdes i stilling under bruk. Samtidig oppnås ved oppfinnelsen en ensartet lastfordeling idet kreftene ved montasje og senere bruk fordeles likt på de to skiver som danner mutteren.
Den ifølge oppfinnelsen vinkelrett på svingemutterens hovedakse forløpende skillelinje for de enkelte skiver bevirker at et på svingemutterens omkrets angripende verktøy, f.eks. en fastnøkkel e.l., griper jevnt på begge skiver, hvorved det opp-står en jevn lastfordeling. Ved på en skive å anordne en
skulder, som ved overlapping av de to skiver griper inn i en uttagning i den annen skive, lukkes den sentrale åpning, og med den derved tilvéiebragte stopper bevirkes at svingemutterens samlede høyde står til rådighet for å omslutte en gjenget stang e.l.
Fortrinnsvis har den for dannelse av den sentrale åpning bestemte skive av de to skivers skulder én eller flere skruegjenger som tilsvarer den U-formede uttagnings skruegjenger. Derved kompletteres hver skives gjenger i aksial retning med høyden av den annen skive, således at det etter overlapping av de
.to skiver står til rådighet en skruegjenge som omslutter den gjengede stang, hvilken skrUegjehgé tilsvarer svingemutterens
totale høyde.
Videre er det-for .den ifølge oppfinnelsen foreslåtte svingemutter fordelaktig at de to skiver hovedsakelig kan være utformet symmetrisk: -Et'visst innbyrdes avvik i utformningen av. de to skiver kan f.eks. opptre ved utformning av leddforbindeisen, hvilken kan være utført på ønsket måte. Da de to skiver etter av-sluttet montasje ligger over hverandre, kan leddforbindeisen til-: veiebringes på enkel måté, f.eks. ved å føre en bolt, en splint e.l. gjennom hvert med en- boring forsynt ben av hv.er skive. En annen mulig forbindelse kan tilveiebringes ved på en skives ben å anordne en; tapp, hvilken kan gripe inn i en boring eller egnet uttagning i den annen skives ben. En sådan utførelsesform anvendes fortrinnsvis når enkeltdelene fremstilles ved hjelp av en støpe-prosess.
For å forhindre uønsket utslagning av de enkelte skiver fra hverandre, kan disse, ifølge et ytterligere forslag ifølge oppfinnelsen, ha gripeinnretninger som samvirker ved overlapping. Sådanne gripeinnretninger er fortrinnsvis anordnet på den ene skives skulder og på den annen skives ben, hvorved anordningen på skulderen retter seg etter det for gripeinnretningene aktuelle ben. F.eks. kan en enkel montasjehjelp oppnås ved sagtannlignende utformning av slike gripeinnretninger, hvilken hjelp består i at de enkelte skiver svinges mot hverandre til gripeinnretningene hør-og følbart er bragt i inngrep med hverandre etter overvinnelse av en av benenes hhv. gripeinnretningenes egen fjæring, frembragt motstand. Slike gripeinnretningers spennkraft er fortrinnsvis så stor at kreftene kan tilveiebringes uten verktøy og montasje for hånd derved blir mulig. Lastinndelingen av den ifølge oppfinnelsen foreslåtte svingemutter forbedres med tiltagende omslutning av den gjengede stang. Som en følge av dette må svingbarheten for overlapping av de to skiver velges tilsvarende stor. For å muliggjøre friksjonsfri bevegelse av de enkelte skiver på hverandre over en forholdsvis stor svingestrekning, er innerveggen av en skives ene ben, hvilken er anordnet overfor den samme skives annet ben gjennom hvilket svingeaksen strekker seg, fortrinnsvis utformet konkav, idet den har en krumning som tilsvarer svingeradien.
Oppfinnelsen skal i det følgende beskrives nærmere under henvisning til tegningene, som viser et utførelseseksempel på en svingemutter ifølge oppfinnelsen, hvor fig. 1 er et grunnriss av en utsvingt svingemutter ifølge oppfinnelsen, fig. 2 er et opp-riss av den utsvingte svingemutter på fig. 1, og fig. 3 er et perspektivriss av svingemutteren på fig. 1, montert på en gjenget stang.
Som det fremgår av fig. 1-3, omfatter svingemutteren
hovedsakelig to U-formede skiver 1, 2. Et ben 3, 4 av hver skive 1, 2 er utformet for opptagelse av en bolt 5 for tilveiebringelse av en leddforbindelse mellom de to skiver 1, 2. Som det spesielt fremgår av fig. 1, har bunnen av de U-formede uttagninger 6, 7 i de to skiver en skruegjenge 8, 9. Disse gjenger 8, 9 er, som det spesielt fremgår av fig. 2, ført videre på skivenes 1, 2 skuldre 10, 11.
Som det fremgår av fig. 1, har benenes 14, 15 innervegg 12, 13 en krumning som tilsvarer svingeradien av de to skiver 1,2 om bolten 5. På innerveggen 13 bærer skivens 2 ben 15 i tillegg en sagtannformet gripeinnretning 16 som er anordnet for inngrep i en som utsparing utformet gripeinnretning 17 på skivens 1 skulder 10.
Fig. 3 viser svingemutteren som ved overlapping av skivene 1, 2 omslutter en gjenget stang 18. Overlappingen av skivene 1, 2 sikres ved samvirkningen av gripeinnretningene 16, 17. Som det videre fremgår av fig. 3, dannes størstedelen av svingemutterens omkretskontur av de to skiver 1, 2, således at krefter overføres likt ved påvirkning fra et verktøy på de to skiver 1, 2.
Den ifølge fig. 1 - 3 valgte sekskantede omkretskontur skal bare forstås som et eksempel, idet også den mulighet er tilstede å utforme omkretskonturen sylindrisk, firkantet, åtte-kantet e.l.
Claims (3)
1. Svingemutter med to hovedsakelig U-formede skiver som kan svinges mot hverandre om en felles, med hovedaksen parallelt anordnet aksel som strekker seg gjennom et ben av hver skive, som ved dreining beveges mot hverandre, og hvor hver U-formede uttagnings bunn har én eller flere gjenger, karakterisert ved at skivene (1, 2) er anordnet i to over hverandre liggende plan, i mot hverandre svinget stilling hovedsakelig overlapper hverandre, og hver av skivene (1, 2) har en skulder (10, 11) på den flate side som vender mot den annen skive (1, 2), hvor skulderen delvis griper inn i den annen skives (2, 1) U-formede uttagning (6, 7) og utfyller denne til en hel skive med en sentral åpning, idet den sentrale åpning har indre gjenger som er dannet av gjengene (8, 9) i de U-formede uttagninger sammen med gjengene i skulderen.
2. Svingemutter ifølge krav 1, karakterisert ved at skivene (1, 2) har gripeinnretninger (16, 17) for gjensidig inngrep i overlappende stilling, idet gripeinnretningene (16, 17) er anordnet på den ene skives (1) skulder (10) og på den annen skives (2) ben (15).
3. Svingemutter ifølge krav 2, karakterisert ved at gripeinnretningene (16, 17) på den ene skive (2) har form av en sagtannformet nese og på den annen skive (1) har form av et korresponderende hakk.
