Description

Anordning ved pakkemaskiner for å åpne et flatlagt rørformet poseemne.
Foreliggende oppfinnelse vedrører pakkemaskiner ved hvilke et flatlagt rørfor-met poseemne av papir- eller kunststoff-folier skal fremmates til et påfyllingssted,
idet hensikten er at poseemnet for dan-nelse av posen skal kunne åpnes, lukkes
ved sin nedre ende, fylles med det materiale som skal pakkes, lukkes i sin øvre
ende og sluttelig kuttes av i den nedre ende
nedenfor lukkefalsen.
Problemet ved en maskin som arbei-der etter en slik fremgangsmåte er å
åpne poseemnet samt holde det åpent under fremføringen og de ovenfor nevnte
arbeidstrinn.
Oppfinnelsen går ut på en gunstig løs-ning av dette problem.
Ved en pakkemaskin av den beskrevne
art hvor posene fremmates fra en forråds-rull til et påfyllingssted, er der i henhold
til oppfinnelsen i poseemnets fremmat-ningsbane anordnet et par ruller på hver
av to overfor hverandre liggende utvendige sider av poseemnet, og inne i poseemnet to med hverandre forbundne ruller
som er parallelle innbyrdes og med de
nevnte to par ruller, idet h<y>er av de to
ruller inne i poseemnet er beliggende med
en del av sin omkrets i mellomrommet mellom de to ruller i hvert av de to utvendig
anordnede rullepar.
Oppfinnelsen er anskueliggjort på teg-ningen hvor: Figuren antydet skjematisk de ovenfor beskrevne arbeidstrinn i pakkemaski-nen under anvendelse av anordningen i
henhold til oppfinnelsen.
I figuren betegner 1 en rull på hvilken
poseemnet 2 er oppviklet i form av en flat-
lagt rørformig folie av papir, vokset kartong eller kunststoff.
Poseemnet 2 tres over de to med hverandre forbundne ruller 3 og mellom de to ruller 4 i hvert par, slik at poseemnet hol-des utspilt ved fremmatningen.
Folien eller poseemnet trekkes noe høyere enn rullene, slik at en opptrekks-mekanisme griper emnet ovenfor rullene og trekker emnet opp i ønsket høyde, svar-ende til poselengden.
Ved anvendelse av et stivt emne, f. eks. av vokset kartong, kan opptrekksmekanis-men 5 erstattes med et valsesett 6, antydet med stiplede linjer. Valsene 6 skyver da emnet over rullene 3 til innstilt høyde.
Man vil trenge rullekombinasjoner av forskjellig størrelse for forskjellige emne-tverrsnitt.
Når der foran er tale om folier av papir eller kunststoff, omfatter dette også vokset papir eller kartong, plast eller annet materiale som lar seg sveise eller forsegle for lukking av posen oventil og nedentil. Posen kan ha et hvilket som helst ønsket og egnet tverrsnitt.

Claims (1)

  1. Anordning ved pakkemaskiner for åp-ning av et flatlagt, rørformet poseemne i form av en lang slange, f. eks. av papir eller kunststoffolium, hvor poseemnet er oppviklet på og fremmates fra en forråds-rull til et påfyllingssted, karakterisert ved at der i poseemnets (2) fremmatnings-bane er anordnet et par ruller (4) på hver av to overfor hverandre liggende utvendige sider av poseemnet, og inne i poseemnet to med hverandre forbundne ruller (3) som er parallelle innbyrdes og med de nevnte to par ruller, idet hver av de to ruller inne i poseemnet er beliggende med en del av sin omkrets i mellomrommet mellom de to ruller i hvert av de to utvendig anordnede rullepar.
