Abstract

The alloy contains (atom %) 2-40 arsenic, 5-20 tellurium and 50-70 selenium. A photosensitive material has (I) a layer of the photosensitive Se-As-Te alloy in contact with (II) a glassy photoconducting layer of an As-Se-alloy. Layer II is placed between a substrate layer and layer I, or is present as a coating layer on layer I.
