Abstract

The present invention discloses an automatic cigarette box unloading device, including a trolley, a first conveying mechanism and a second conveying mechanism mounted on 5 the trolley, the first conveying mechanism being located behind the second conveying mechanism, the trolley being provided with a driving mechanism configured to drive the second conveying mechanism to swing, and in the front of the second conveying mechanism being provided with a pushing mechanism configured to ensure neat stacking of a cigarette box. When a cigarette box is being stacked, the cigarette box is 10 conveyed to the second conveying mechanism through the first conveying mechanism, then the driving mechanism drives the second conveying mechanism to swing, so that a height of the pushing mechanism is raised to a corresponding height, achieving automatic stacking of the cigarette box, and reducing labor intensity.

Description

AUTOMATIC CIGARETTE BOX UNLOADING DEVICE
TECHNICAL FIELD
[01] The present invention relates to the technical field of stacking of cigarette boxes, more particularly to an automatic cigarette box unloading device.
BACKGROUND ART
[02] Automated logistics system is the core of modern logistics technologies and is a model of the combination of mechanical and electronic technology. It is composed of logistics equipment with certain intelligence and a computer management and control system. During the production of cigarettes, the finished cigarettes produced by each cigarette wrapping unit are sent to a centralized box packaging area of a workshop through a cigarette carton conveying line, and then are packaged into boxes by a box packaging machine.
[03] However, existing cigarette boxes are mostly loaded, unloaded and stored through a forklift, which takes time and effort to disassemble and transport, and at the same time, the stacking is poor in neatness and is easy to be scattered.
SUMMARY
[04] In order to solve the above problems, the present invention provides an automatic cigarette box unloading device which can achieve automatic stacking of cigarette boxes and ensure neat stacking of cigarette boxes.
[05] The present invention employs the following technical scheme to solve the technical problems.
[06] An automatic cigarette box unloading device includes a trolley, a first conveying mechanism and a second conveying mechanism mounted on the trolley, the first conveying mechanism being located behind the second conveying mechanism, the trolley being provided with a driving mechanism configured to drive the second conveying mechanism to swing, and in the front of the second conveying mechanism being provided a pushing mechanism configured to ensure neat stacking of a cigarette box.
[07] Further, the first conveying mechanism includes a first conveying belt, the trolley 1s provided with a first bracket, the first bracket is fixed on the trolley, and the first conveying belt is mounted on an upper end of the first bracket and runs in the first bracket.
[08] Further, the second conveying mechanism includes a second conveying belt and a second bracket configured to support the second conveying belt, the second conveying belt is mounted in the second bracket and runs in the second bracket, a rear end of the second bracket is provided with a support frame, an upper end of the support frame 1s connected to the second bracket in a rotating manner, and a lower end of the support frame is connected to the trolley in a rotating manner;

[11] Further, the pushing mechanism includes a third bracket, third conveying belts configured to convey the cigarette box forward are provided symmetrically in the third bracket, a moving plate is provided in the third bracket, a driving mechanism configured to drive the moving plate to move back and forth is provided in the third bracket, the moving plate is provided with a lifting frame, two sides of the third bracket are provided with a guide rail configured to guide a movement track of the moving plate, the lifting frame is provided with a sucker, and a front end of the third bracket is provided with a positioning mechanism configured to fix left and right positions of the cigarette box.
[12] Further, a front end of the second bracket is connected to a rear end of the third bracket in a rotating manner, the front end of the second bracket is provided with a second hydraulic cylinder, a lower end of the third bracket is provided with a swing rod, an upper end of the swing rod is fixedly connected to the third bracket, a cylinder body end of the second hydraulic cylinder is hinged to the second bracket, and a piston rod end of the second hydraulic cylinder is hinged to a lower end of the swing rod.

[18] Further, a front end of the trolley is provided with a leg, the trolley is provided with a mounting base, the leg is connected to the mounting base in a rotating manner, a third hydraulic cylinder configured to drive the leg to rotate is provided between the mounting base and the leg, a cylinder body end of the third hydraulic cylinder is hinged to the mounting base, and a piston rod end of the third hydraulic cylinder is hinged to the leg.

The present invention is provided with a trolley, a first conveying mechanism and a second conveying mechanism mounted on the trolley, the first conveying mechanism being located behind the second conveying mechanism, the trolley being provided with a driving mechanism configured to drive the second conveying mechanism to swing. When a cigarette box is being stacked, the cigarette box is conveyed to the second conveying mechanism through the first conveying mechanism, then the driving mechanism drives the second conveying mechanism to swing, so that a height of the pushing mechanism is raised to a corresponding height, achieving automatic stacking of the cigarette box, and reducing labor intensity.
[21] 2. During the process of stacking, the trolley moves accordingly so as to conduct stacking at different positions, enabling convenient operation.

According to the present invention, in the front of the second conveying mechanism is provided a pushing mechanism configured to ensure neat stacking of a cigarette box, the pushing mechanism can fix the front and rear, left and right positions of the stacked cigarette box, ensuring neat stacking and avoiding falling scattered.

According to the present invention, the trolley is provided with a guide plate configured to guide a swinging track of the second bracket, the guide plate defines thereon a guide hole, an outside end of the second bracket is provided with a first guide wheel, the first guide wheel fits with the guide hole, the first hydraulic cylinder drives the second conveying belt to swing; during the process of swinging of the second conveying belt, the guide hole guides a back and forth track of swinging of the second bracket, and the support frame swings accordingly, ensuring the front end of the second bracket to have fixed front and rear positions and correspond to the position of the stack of the cigarette boxes all the time, thereby facilitating the operation of stacking and meanwhile facilitating the pushing mechanism to position the stack of the cigarette boxes neatly.

After the stacking of the cigarette box is completed, the moving plate returns, the lifting frame descends under the action of the guide rail, and the first push plate is hidden, not interfering in the conveyance of a next cigarette box.

When the lifting frame 15 moves forward, the guide wheel fits with the guide rail 16, and under the function of the slant part, the lifting rod 20 moves up and down.
