Digitale benchmark waarbij het persoonlijke voedingspatroon van een individu wordt vergeleken met de kenmerken, patronen en samenstelling van algemeen geaccepteerde voedingsdiëten en het resultaat daarvan digitaal wordt vastgelegd in een database.Digital benchmark comparing the personal dietary pattern of an individual with the characteristics, patterns and composition of generally accepted dietary diets and the result thereof digitally recorded in a database.
5 Deze digitale benchmark waarbij het persoonlijke voedingspatroon van een individu wordt vergeleken geschiedt op basis van de NEVO-tabel van het RIVM opgedeeld in koolhydraten, vetten, eiwitten, vitamines, mineralen en aangevuld met voedingsmomenten en wordt vergeleken met de kenmerken, patronen en samenstelling van algemeen geaccepteerde voedingsdiëten met als doel een dieet te vinden dat het 10 meest aansluit op het persoonlijke voedingspatroon van een individu. In de praktijk komt het vaak voor dat mensen aan een dieet beginnen zonder dat men weet of dat dieet wel persoonlijk geschikt is. De kans op mislukken is daardoor reëel. Met de digitale benchmark kan een algemeen geaccepteerd voedingsdieet zoals bijvoorbeeld Sonja Bakker of South Beach worden gevonden dat het meest aansluit op het persoonlijk 15 voedingspatroon van een individu waardoor de kans op het succesvol volbrengen ervan aanzienlijk toeneemt. De KISSsoft digitale benchmark analyseert de samenstelling van het persoonlijke voedingspatroon van een individu in koolhydraten, vetten, eiwitten, vitamines, mineralen en voedingsmomenten aan de hand van de NEVO-tabel van het RIVM vanuit een database waarin het individu minimaal een week lang heeft 20 geregistreerd welke voedingsmiddelen en op welk tijdstip deze zijn geconsumeerd door het percentage en/of absolute hoeveelheden van deze voedingsbestanddelen te berekenen en vast te leggen tezamen met het moment van consumptie. Het resultaat van deze persoonlijke voedingsanalyse wordt vervolgens onderworpen aan een benchmark met algemeen geaccepteerde voedingsdiëten waarbij de samenstelling vergeleken 25 wordt met het geanalyseerde persoonlijk voedingspatroon waarbij al dan niet gebruik gemaakt wordt van een door KISSsoft ontwikkeld algoritme dat een relatieve waardering geeft aan bepaalde voedingsbestanddelen in relatie tot het tijdstip van consumptie en hun importantie als verslavende factor en/of gezondheidsfactor en wordt vastgelegd in een digitaal overzicht teneinde inzichtelijk te maken welk algemeen geaccepteerd 30 voedingsdieet het meest aansluit bij het persoonlijke voedingspatroon van een individu.
