I Systeem voor het ophangen, geleiden en transporteren van lastdragende kabelsI System for suspending, guiding and transporting load-bearing cables
BESCHRIJVINGDESCRIPTION
The invention provides a system for suspending, guiding and transporting steel cables which must fulfill a supporting function at some point in time. The system uses one or more of the following three principles: A Suspension of the cable on a clamp pressed onto the cable B Guidance of the cable through a tube 10 C Transport of the cable by passing it between rotating drums.
Steel cables are generally used for suspending and / or lifting loads according to the state of the art. These cables are usually mounted on (suspended from) a hand-grooved or motor-driven, often grooved drum (also known as a winch). The tensile force on the steel cable gives a mechanical load on a large number of components of the mechanisms used therein. The cables are further guided over one or more pulleys, also referred to as cable disks, whereby the cable can change direction. For the sake of safety, the diameter of drums and discs and the diameters of the grooves therein are set. These drums and discs therefore have relatively large dimensions (diameter) of 2 o. The suspension of the cable is done not only with a cable wound around the drum (some permanent turns) but also with a loop at the end on the steel cable. This loop is obtained by means of an aluminum or steel clamp (also known as a multi-clamp clamp) that is pressed around the folded-back end of the cable and around the cable itself. The drawback is that the loop must be fixedly attached to some suspension construction. The cable is transported by turning the winch motor and winding the cable around the drum.
The object of the invention is to provide a solution or at least an improvement for the drawbacks of the above-mentioned prior art. This whether or not in specific applications and whether or not in the preferred form of the invention.
The invention provides a system using one or more of the three principles mentioned below and drawn in Figures 1 and 2: I Principle A: the cable (1) is directly suspended from a wire on the steel cable I pressed metal clamp (6). The cable (1) is therefore passed through a fixed construction 5 (4: 'buffer block'). The clamp (6) remains hanging behind the buffer. The advantage of this is that the static force is transmitted directly to the fixed structure and not via the fracture-sensitive parts of a mechanism such as a winch.
I Principle B: The cable (1) is guided through a fixed (metal) tube (2; instead of I over a pulley or hard disk.). The advantage of this is the lower construction height required with the same diameter of the bend that the cable must make. Moreover, the tube (2) provides a low frictional resistance that can be used to stretch the cable. In addition, the position of the cable through the I tube (slight play) over a great length is ensured. The aforementioned requirements with regard to diameters of the bearing surface of the cable can be met by the bending radius of the tube and the choice of the inner diameter of the tube.
This application is possible as long as no load is present during the transport of the cable.
Principle C: the (in particular horizontal) transport of the cable (1) is caused by feeding one or more cables (whether or not combined with unrolling and winding the cable from and onto a reel) between two or more (drums covered with or without a rough material) (3) of which at least one is driven (by hand or by means of a motor). If a motor is located in one of the drums, this is referred to as the drum motor or tubular motor. The motorless drum is a turning drum. The advantage of this is that a force on the cable (1) is exerted on the cable (1) at an arbitrary place on the cable (relative to the ends of the cable) and the cable is advanced horizontally. This without the use of a winch. In addition, H does not require any weight to be attached to the cable to initiate movement.
1 n o oo ^The preferred embodiment consists of the combination of the three aforementioned I principles. This preferred form (in which use is made of one or more I talurit clamps (6) with a diameter of approximately 18 mm and a length of I approximately 40 mm, a round (stainless metal) tube (2), two horizontally placed prismatic drums each other) was developed to be used for the suspension, guidance and transport of steel cables of elevator consoles, but I can also be used for other applications. Elevator consoles are moving suspension structures from which a working platform for carrying out maintenance work can be suspended. The elevator console comes out through the 10 facade of the building and lowers two cables. The (not shown) traction hoists of the (not shown) platform move the working platform vertically relative to the cables (1). After connecting the platform and during the execution of the work on the platform, lift consoles and the cables I themselves are not transported. The cables (1) are not mechanically loaded during transport (more than 15 due to their own weight). This makes the combination of the three I invented principles possible in this application. 1 n o oo ^
