Description
P-LavltP-Lavlt
The invention relates to a game that has a didactic and educational effect on those who play the game. The game is based on laying twelve 5 different double-sided numbered figures - each with an area of 7½ cm2 - in a fixed frame with an inner size of 9x15 cm. The figures are made of an environmentally friendly plastic called ABS and have such a shape that all figures fit together with their equal rectangle and in many different ways.
By starting with the first figure with the lowest figure in the top left corner of the frame and then placing all other figures in the frame in such a way, a fully filled frame with 12 legible figures is created; one legible number on each figure. By noting these legible numbers in the way one reads a book - from left to right and from top to bottom - so 15 line by line, a number sequence of 12 different figures is created that counts as one solution. The player must then remove the last placed figures from the frame again until the removed figures can be used to find the next solution. Before changing the first figure with the lowest figure (legible number 16) by another figure, you have already been able to note at least 250 20 different solutions.
A similar game - Pentomino - is known from US patent 3,964,749 dated June 22, 1976. Its inventor is William Kent Wadsworth, who patented the game on April 10, 1970 under application number 27,312. The object of the invention is to place a number of different figures in such a way that a new figure is created. An essential difference between Pentomino and P-Laylt is the numeral of all the different figures in order to obtain a large number of solutions in such a way and to be able to write them down in order to obtain the total number of 9,356 different solutions. Another essential difference between Pentomino and P-Laylt lies in the game element. The game can be played by one player alone or by several at the same time in order to build in a competition element. The game is intended for players from the age of 12, since from that age there is a logical mind 1018666 2 to present the different figures in a thoughtful way. To bring the game to a successful conclusion one must reason in a rational way solutions and the discipline must be able to concentrate in a reasonable way. The game can be played not only by individuals, but also by multiple players at the same time.
The background of the game is to create an educational and entertaining pastime for those who like to spend their time making “puzzles” and solving riddles. The game has been developed with a number of aspects already mentioned to stimulate the rational human mind and to reason logically the solutions.
