Abstract

The present invention discloses a smoke release granule material suitable for heated non-combustible tobacco products, and a preparation method thereof, where the smoke release granule material consists of ingredients in mass percentage: 40%-60% of tobacco ultrafine powder, 0%-10% of other biomass powder, 5%-10% of tobacco dry distillate, 20%-40% of atomizing agent, 1%-5% of binding agent, and the balance being tobacco flavor. The smoke release granule material according to the present invention has uniform granularity, enables adjust the additive amount of the atomizing agent according to requirements, the released smoke gas has a large amount of smoke fog, thus the smoke release granule material in a heated non-combustible state can provide consumers with a smoking-like satisfaction. Addition of the tobacco dry distillate can significantly improve sensory quality of the smoke gas, enabling the smoke gas to have excellent uniformity, fragrance, concentration and vigour; and the combined use of the other biomass powder can give a unique fragrance and mouthfeel to the smoke gas.
