Abstract
Provided is a fluidized bed (8) combustion furnace (1) including a combustion chamber (6) that combusts a raw material while the raw material and a fluidizing material (7) form a fluidized bed (8). The fluidized bed (8) combustion furnace (1) includes an electric burner (4) that heats the fluidizing material (7) to a raw material continuous combustion allowing temperature, and an output direction of the electric burner (4) is a direction that intersects a flow direction of the fluidizing material (7).
