Abstract

En el caso de un material de recubrimiento que endurece de forma reactiva sin evaporacion del solvente y con una evaporacion de un porcentaje maximo en masa del agua, el cual consiste cuando menos de dos componentes, el primer componente contiene una mezcla del 60 al 70% de betun y agua en una cantidad del 50 al 100% en masa, 0 a 50% en masa de latex sintetico o latex natural, emulsion de acetato de polivinilo o acrilato o parafina o cera y 0 a 10 % en masa de un regulador de la viscosidad, aditivos trixotropicos y aditivos para mejorar la adhesion y el segundo componente contiene hasta el 50% en masa de material de relleno, 40 a 80% en masa de un aceite plastificante no volatil y 0 a 10% en masa del regulador de viscosidad, aditivos de dispersion y reticulantes para las fases aceitosas y los componentes primero y segundo se encuentran en la mezcla en una proporcion del 100:10 a 50% en masa. El material de recubrimiento puede usarse para recubrimientos aislantes de la humedad en superficies de todos tipos y/o para cerrar uniones y grietas. El componentes primero y segundo se introducen por separado en una mezcladora y alli se mezclan y la mezcla de esos componentes se rocia sobre la superficie con una boquilla rociadora.
