Abstract

Se mantiene los solidos de polimero en una zona de presion intermedia para un tiempo de residencia deseada de solidos de polimero y despues se transfieren a una zona de purga u otra zona de presion mas baja; un aumento en el tiempo de residencia de los solidos de polimero en la zona de presion intermedia, permite que mas diluyentes se evaporicen o se separen, evitando o reduciendo por lo tanto, la necesidad de tener una zona de vaporizacion de presion baja; una cama de esponjado puede estar dispuesta entre la zona de presion intermedia y una zona de presion mas baja; se puede utilizar un tanque transportador para transportar los solidos de polimero despues de la zona de presion intermedia.
