Description
CAP TO ACCOMMODATE AT LEAST PARTIALLY AN APPLICATOR FOR COSMETIC PRODUCTS DESCRIPTION
The invention relates to a bushing for at least partially accommodating an applicator for cosmetic products with a support for holding the applicator in the bushing and a housing chamber for the casing wrap, which delimits the applicator at least partially. Bushings of the aforementioned type are known. In the known bushings, particularly in the case of their use for highly viscous cosmetic products, there is a problem that the cosmetic product does not follow the force of gravity due to the lack of fluidity, so that neither tilting nor oscillating allow a corresponding load of the applicator's work area. Therefore, the cap should often be discarded together with the applicator, however still containing cosmetic product. From US-A-5,951,186 a bush is known with a support, which can be moved axially relative to the bush. US-A-5, 002, 415 shows a bushing housing an applicator with a bellows. A threaded support is known from DE 197 44 181 A1. The aim of the invention is to continue the development of the bushing of the type mentioned initially, so that a better performance is achieved even in the case of a comparatively high viscosity cosmetic product. The determined objective is achieved objectively, because the relative position of the support is adjustable with respect to the sleeve casing, preferably with a component in transverse direction with respect to a longitudinal axis of the sleeve, more preferably in the direction of an oscillating movement. In this, the invention is based on the recognition that together with the relative position of the support with respect to the sleeve shell, the relative position of a working area in the applicator with respect to the sleeve shell is also changed, so that for so to say, the working area of the applicator can approach the highly viscous cosmetic product and, therefore, eventually non-fluid, respectively enter the product, to remove a cosmetic product, thereby improving the performance. According to a particularly preferred embodiment of the invention, a deformable connection device is provided between the support and the shell of the sleeve. In this case, a deformation of the joining device is accompanied by an adjustment of the relative position of the support with respect to the sleeve shell, which ultimately results in a relative displacement of the applicator working area with respect to the cosmetic product. Preferably, the connecting device has a bellows. This solution is also a particularly simple embodiment of the inventive cap. The bellows can have in this 1, 2 or more inlets or 1, 2 or more bulges, being that the decision about this depends on one hand on the geometries present and on the other side of the desired appearance of the bushing. The joining device can have an arched or cornered section. The respective decision -. it can be done again under consideration of particular design aspects. The joining device may preferably have an elastomeric material. This is true not only for the bellows mode. Rather, the mentioned elasticity can be inventively the cause for the ability to adjust the relative position of the support relative to the sleeve shell. Another preferred embodiment of the invention is providing a cover device for covering at least partially the joining device. Such a covering device can be envisaged in particular for two different reasons. On the one hand, to disguise the joining device, in case a visibility of the joining device is not desirable for aesthetic reasons. On the other, the cover device can also represent, for example, by its color, information about the color of the cosmetic product. The bushing can, in principle, have a discretionary shape. Inventively it is preferred that it be cylindrical or domed. In particular, sockets can also be used in view of the invention in such a way that they have a domed inner chamber in the area of the cosmetic product housing, because the cosmetic product can be collected, even when viscous, from the larger inner chamber. to its concavity. The support has inventively, preferably, a thread. This solution is particularly advantageous when the applicator must be attached releasably, but hermetically, in the bushing. As a cap, several materials are convenient. It is preferred that they be made of a thermoplastic material, particularly polyethylene, polypropylene, PVC, polyamide, polyester, PET and ABS. Particularly when using synthetic material, the bushing is preferably produced by blow-molding or injection-molding and blow-molding. In this way, production costs are especially low. In the following the invention will be explained more closely in more detail, by means of preferred exemplary embodiments, with reference to the accompanying drawing. In this, FIG. 1 shows a schematic sectional view of an applicator with a sleeve according to a first embodiment of the invention and FIG. 2 a schematic sectional view of a sleeve according to a second embodiment of the invention. Figure 1 shows a first bushing 10 with a bushing casing 12 and a support area 14, in which an external thread 16 is formed. Between the support area 14 and the sleeve casing 12, a bellows 18 has four bulges, each having a square contour in each section, and one of which is designated with the reference number 20 as an example. The bellows 18 is wrapped in a flexible shrinkable hose 22, which as to its color corresponds to the cosmetic product to be packaged in the first bushing, that is, in case of flange ink, for example, black. A POM applicator with a work area 26 in the form of a brush on its free end is clamped in its support area 28 in the second bushing 30. A bushing casing 32 of the second bushing 30 has an inner thread 30, which makes Set with the external thread 16 of the first bushing. The cap wrap 32 surrounds a housing chamber 36 for the applicator 24. Instead of a brush, a foamed foam material or a brush can also be provided. In the same way, a sleeve casing 12 surrounds a housing chamber 38, which in the rest is bounded by a bottom 40 of the first sleeve 10. The housing chamber 38 simultaneously serves as a reservoir for a cosmetic product, not shown in FIG. drawing, of comparatively high viscosity. If the applicator 24 is inserted into the first bushing and the threads 16 and 34 are then screwed together, then the working area 26 of the applicator 24 is located in the region near the bottom of the first bushing 10. The support area 14 serves in this to hold the applicator 24. If in this operational position, the holding area 28 of the second bushing 30, and with this the support area 14 of the first bushing 10, is oscillated with respect to the bushing casing 12 of the first bushing 10 in figure 1 to the left (and with this in transverse direction with respect to a longitudinal axis 44 of the sleeve 12), which can be done without difficulty thanks to the flexibility of the bellows 18, then the work area 26 approaches the envelope 12 of the first bushing 10 in figure 1 to the right and can collect cosmetic product in this manner, which is located near the inner wall of the bushing casing 12. In this way, cosmetic material can be collected, which is in the lower corner. right of the cap shell 12 in figure 1, with the working area 26 of the applicator 24. The same applies naturally also for other areas of the inner chamber 38 of the sleeve casing 12. In comparison with a rigid connection of the support area 14 with the sleeve casing 12, substantially more cosmetic product can be collected with the working area 26 of the applicator 24 of the inner chamber 38 of the sleeve casing 12, which It improves the performance considerably. The bushing 10 'according to FIG. 2 differs from the first bushing 10 according to FIG. 1 only because the bellows 18 is replaced with an annular disk 42 of elastomeric material, such as rubber. The annular disc is glued or fused with the sleeve casing 12 and the support area 14. Thanks to this it can - exactly as in the solution according to figure 1 - oscillate the support area 14 with respect to the sleeve casing 10, to the left in the view according to figure 2, whereby the left part of the ring disk 42 is compressed , while the right part is stretched. Thanks to this, a working area 26 of an applicator 24, which is located in the first bushing 10 ', reaches the lower right corner of the bushing casing 12 and can collect the cosmetic product there, even if this product were to be highly viscous Even when it is not shown in the drawing, there are other alternatives for shrinkable hose 22. For example, instead of the shrinkable hose, a ring of a soft and elastic synthetic material manufactured by injection or extrusion can be used and which slides before the packaging of the cosmetic product first on an assembly tube and then on the support area 14. Instead of this, a ring can also be placed in an additional injection or casting step on the bellows 18 without pressure. For this - as in all other solutions - a soft synthetic material is used, for example. , flexible, such as, for example, silicone. Finally, instead of the shrinkable hose 22, an open ring or an open circle segment with overlapping ends of a thermoplastic material can also be used.
As the material for the cap shells 12 and 32 shown, the support areas 14 and 28, as well as the bellows 18, can be considered thermoplastics, particularly PET, PVC, Nylon, polyamide and polyester. The same is true for the applicator 24. Particularly the first bushing 10, including the bellows 18 and the support area 14, can be produced more easily by blow-forming. The first two bushes 10 and 10 'are shown in the cylindrical shape. In view of the invention, particularly of the bellows 18, respectively of the annular disk 42, however, they can also be made conical or conical, without the efficiency being lower. The characteristics stated in the foregoing description, in the claims, as well as the drawing can be essential for carrying out the invention in its various modalities, individually or in a discretionary combination.
